Miranda Kerr seems to be having a good news/bad news week.
First, the good news: She is happily pregnant with Orlando Bloom’s child and showing off her pregnancy in the December issue of W magazine. Showing off ALL of her pregnancy. She’s naked. Miranda has never been shy about showing off her body, so it’s not a surprise for her to share the intimacy of her pregnancy at six-and-a-half months along in W‘s family issue. Miranda has said family is most important to her, more than work.
“For me, family is life,” says model Miranda Kerr, 27. “The decision to start one wasn’t complex at all….My career has been wonderful, but it’s not my life. I don’t feel pressure to get back to work….My goal involves a hammock, a vegetable patch, and a solar-powered house. And I hope to eventually get there.”

Now the bad news: American Airlines lost her wedding gown. She and Orlando were married in a small, secret ceremony in July. The Collette Dinnigan dress she wore for the ceremony was in her luggage and it went missing along with other sentimental items on the return trip from the couples’ honeymoon in the Caribbean.
Miranda wrote on her Facebook page, “Hi guys, I wanted to ask for your help… In July American Airlines lost my luggage and I have been trying to locate it ever since. Unfortunately the luggage had my wedding dress in it plus other things that I hold so dear. Has anyone else experienced losing luggage through American Airlines and if so did you ever locate it again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Love Miranda xxx”
Dinnigan has offered to replace the dress if it’s not recovered.
American Airlines said it asked Miranda to fill out a standard lost luggage form but hasn’t received a reply.
I hope she gets the dress and other items back. She already lost some of her clothes and jewelry that were among the items stolen from Orlando Bloom’s California home in 2009. Hopefully theft isn’t the reason for her lost luggage this time.
Miranda and Orlando Kerr-Bloom aren’t sharing whether they’re having a boy or a girl, but one thing is sure: That kid will have cheekbones you can dance on.
Miranda is due in January. Orlando turns 34 on January 13.

oh please she’s a liar of course she feels preasure to go back to work after she delivers all models/actresses do unless they decide to breastfeeed which Miranda most likely won’t for vanity issues. as for example Joanne Woodward went back to work 8 months after she had her oldest daughter Nell but that was only to film the movie From The Terrace and Nell and her Nanny were in the trailor as she was still breastingfeeding Nell every 2.5 hours which isn’t uncommon at that age. of course an academy award winning actress as Ms Woodward is is totally different than a lengerie model like Miranda is

It is nice that this Miss Kerr doesn’t feel the pressure to go back to work. I am sure a lot of new mothers would like such financial security. Maybe she isn’t bragging here, but she sounds pretty smug.

If I was on her facebook, I would have replied that she needs to fill out the form. I’ve had luggage lost, filled out the form, and then had it returned! They need to get the report in the system, how else are they to know what to look for?

American has lost my luggage numerous times because they suck ass, but fortunately I got my stuff back each time. Not necessarily in a timely or convenient manner but I got my stuff back which is all that matters. If she goes thru the proper channels, she’ll probably get her stuff back BUT there are occasions where luggage just “disappears” never to be seen again, and they have to compensate you up to like 500 bucks. I’m sure ms. Kerr’s suitcase alone cost more than that. Fuck american.

These supermodels (Heidi, Adrianna, Alessandra, Giselle etc.) pop out a baby and are then walking the runway what seems like weeks later…if that isn’t pressure then I don’t know what is.
Lucky for her that she’s a millionaire married to a millionaire and has the financial wherewithal to take her time getting back to work.
Losing your luggage sucks, but she’s very lucky this happened after her wedding and not before.

I was really surprised by all the nasty comments on this thread! I think Ms Kerr looks fab and I took the “No I don’t feel pressure to go back to work” comment as code for “No I don’t feel pressure to lose the baby weight 2.5 days after labour!”
Look, I had my children in a backwoods, redneck small city in Northern British Columbia. Not exactly the height of sophistication, style or culture. Even there (and way back when) there was considerable pressure on me to ‘snap back’ to what I weighed before I got pregnant. And guess what? It never happened. And I took a lot of stick from people over it, especially from my then mother in law – whose most infamous line was “My sons don’t like fat women!!!”
It took me the better part of 20 years to realise that starving myself to get into a size OTHERS think I should be in is ridiculous. Especially having had four kids. So with the industry Ms Kerr’s in it would be hard to imagine the kinds of nasty comments, innuendo, and expectations that are placed on her from that direction. Sure she chose to be a model, that doesn’t mean however that its open slather on hating on her for her looks, money, lifestyle or boyfriend. As she gets bigger I’m fully expecting the comments like “Öh she’ll never work again…look how fat she is…etc etc ad nauseum.”
And the poster who said that Orlando is only there for her looks and will dump her when they wear off? Please…looks ‘wear off” really quickly if the person is an idiot…like in about one minute. The only shallow person I see on here is you mate…Good luck to them both…love and babies kick ass!

@prettytarheel, I don’t know what her nipples looked like BEFORE she was preggers, but I know mine, and most women experience some changes. Areolas get bigger and darker, easier for the baby to see, as they can only see 12 inches in front of them as newborns. And mine never went back. SO. Hello, big nipples. Glad that’s how my fiance’ likes em LOL
@Samigirl, when I was pregnant, my breast didn’t grow much at all, but my nipples became sooo huge, I thought it was going to out grow my breast, lol.
And yes, my nipples never went back down to it’s original size. It must have to with how much your baby sucks on them.
I think her little belly looks so adorably sweet but those nipples? Those are some strange looking nipples for sure. Should be easy for the baby to work with though.
Noticed how full her face is getting. That’s what a pregnant woman looks like, unlike Kelly Preston Travolta who hasn’t gained an ounce of water weight being nine months with pillow and all.

I think Awake hit the nail on the head: He can’t act and she’s thick, but together they are working for me. You can see their love and affection for each other in all their recent photos and it’s engaging.
