It's practically impossible to prove and prosecute a legitimate harrassment suite, takes years and further traumatizes and humiliates the female victim. BUT... people react differently. I once counseled a young woman who didn't believe her friend had been raped because she didn't react the way she thought she should. It's dangerous to assume that everyone will react the same way in similar situations. With that said, I think you are right, that this woman is definitely too full of herself and proud of what's accomplished.
