Jennifer Aniston’s still bringing the coat & boot porn

jennifer_aniston_film_set_13_wenn5574634

Since everybody loves new photos of Jennifer Aniston (hey, who doesn’t?), I thought we’d do a late TGIF: Boot & Coat Porn Edition for her. Yesterday’s Aniston porn was all about her great blonde highlights, and a particularly spectacular pair of brown boots. Today’s outfit – well, it’s her costume, honestly, because she’s finishing up Wanderlust in NYC – is black. What will the gerbils think?!?

But seriously, the boot porn is back, although I think I prefer yesterday’s brown boots to these black ones. The boots are similar though – if you told me they were the same pair only in black, I would believe you. Now look at the coat! The coat is gorgeous. Should I call it a coat or is it some kind of fancy cardigan?

As far as her hair goes, I guess I should be thankful she isn’t letting it hang in her face, like usual. But this slicked-back look doesn’t show off the great highlights properly!

One last thing: I put this in the links because it made me laugh – PopSugar has (soundless) short video of Aniston and Paul Rudd shooting a scene last night:

Kinda looks like a cardigan sweater deal. I wouldn’t really call it a coat. Some kinda jacket? Those are the EXACT same boots but in black. The wardrobe for this film is awesome. I really like the top opposed to the shoes, everybody liked the shoes but I am not a huge suede fan. I prefer leather or faux leather but suede I am not a fan of.

She looks her age, but she looks GOOD HER AGE which is great…like a fresh 40 years old who takes great care of herself without going overboard.

And i am glad that she changed her hairstyle like this. It makes her a mature in control sophisticated gal..

ok, ladies, listen up: unless you are in the community theatre production of “peter pan” leggings are NOT an acceptable substitute for pants.

other than that i think she looks great.

Jennifer looks really beautiful. She looks more youthful (though that might be because of plastic surgery).

And @ e-6 non, what’s to bitch about her outfit? Just because she’s wearing all black? I think it looks good and plenty of other celebrities wear an all black attire. Black is very stylish.

Love the boots! Just so you know Kaiser, those outfit she wore yesterday and is wearing today are not hers, but from the “Wonderlust” wardrobe set. So, they’re not hers unless she keeps them after the movie wraps.

  16. Kaiser says:

I did mention that, truthSF! Yes, this is a costume. But if I was Aniston (perish the thought), I would find a way to smuggle the boots out.

  17. Suz says:

Clearly the women saying it is not acceptable to wear leggings as pants are saying it because they can’t pull the look off. Women who have nice legs and butts look great in leggings most of the time. Besides, we all have the right to do as we please. Stop telling other people what is and isn’t “acceptable” to wear.

Beautiful jacket/cardigan thing! Unlike many, Jen actually looks great in black. But is it just me, or is Jen either deliberately or accidentally starting to morph into Goopy? I hope not, but first the hair and some of the things she does with her mouth are starting to look goopyish. I hope Jen stays herself.

  20. Lilly says:

I like the top but the boots are plain–nothing special.

Too bad she doesn’t siphon some of the wardrobe budget to get acting lessons. I suspect that she spends her time deciding what to wear for each role rather than taking an interest
in the characters. For this movie, it’s going to be sophisticated Rachel. The last part was bohemian Rachel. And before that it was suburban Rachel. Before that it was “working girl” Rachel in a tight tank top and mini-skirt. It’s all about the clothes and hair. Everything else doesn’t matter, it seems. Very shallow.

Leggings and that jacket doesn’t go together with the boots, it looks flanelish. Jacket should have been heavier to wear leggings, check out Angelina’s jacket and leggings in Bosnia, heavy coat and slamming boots I would like to know where Angie got her boots the ones she have on her film shoot in Bosnia.

Mediocre talent, mediocre looks. She hit the jackpot with Friends and was ok on that show but is not a great actress. She turned her tv stint into a career, albeit a somewhat failed one (her movies dont do well at box office) but shes making money and she seems like a nice person so …

  30. Kim says:

I have to agree w others posting. i never loved the leggings as pants. Even if you are in perfect shape they still look like workout wear and not street wear. Maybe because I dance and leggings are dancers “uniform” — they are for the gym/dance class only in my opinion.

  31. Kim says:

While Jenn does look good those saying its not because of surgery are wrong.

She has had ALOT of work done but she has a great surgeon who tweaks minimal amounts over time so its never super noticeable. She has had her nose done several times, jaw reduction, chin reduction and much more. She does have to much botox & filler in her face right now in my opinion. Its not necessary on her but all the other surgeries look great.

When are people going to be discussing things of substance when it comes to Jennifer Aniston its always about her clothes and fab hair this has been going on for how long decades, sice Friends? JA is not a 21 year old just starting out in Hollywood like Megan Fox,she is a 42 year old middle age woman. I would like to see her in a mature relationship with decent movies not bombs, just like her hair the topic about this woman needs to evolve into something of substance.

  35. The Hamm is My Dream Man says:

I agree that leggings aren’t pants no matter how great you think your legs and butt look. if you’re going to wear leggings, wear a skirt, short dress or a long shirt that covers your butt over them. Unless you’re going to the gym, there is no excuse for them. In my opinion, of course.

The jacket and boots are amazing though. She’s an excellent example of a 40-something woman who didn’t just give up and say eff it and let herself go. There is nothing wrong with caring about your appearance after a certain age.

Kim: No one said anything about her not having plastic surgery

alison26: Probably when she stops having such great hair and great personal style. She isn’t that pretty of a woman in the face and she isn’t that great of an actress and I highly doubt she’ll ever get married again or be in a steady relationship. That doesn’t seem to be high up on her list of priorities.

What’s wrong with people discussing a 42 year old woman having great hair and clothes? She’s not Meryl Streep. She’s not winning any Oscars any time soon.

Hamm: What’s wrong with people discussing a 42 year old woman having great hair and clothes?
    ==========================================

Nothing whatsoever. But I think Alison’s point is that it’s kind of sad that she has nothing of substance that is worth discussing.

And you’re right, Meryl Streep she ain’t.

She looks very nice here. I really like her earrings. And her hair is pulled back! It looks cute.

I agree that leggings shouldn’t be worn as pants. I have a nice body and I’m pretty small but I tried on a pair the other day and I just couldn’t. No one needs to see that much of me. I wanted to see what they would look like with this long shirt. I don’t even know what I was thinking, they’re tacky.

Also, when the light shines on them a certain way the stretchy material makes you look bigger than you really are.

Umm…not really digging the sweater top thingie. I daresay, that short video dispels rumors of her tox face! Holy wrinkling (for a crying scene, aparently)! I sure hope that’s supposed to be a comedic scene. I couldn’t help but laugh at that face she pulls. If she means to be serious, it’s not working!

We can think whatever we want about leggings, it was IT in the 80′s. We would wear them to go AnyWhere!!! People even got married in them. So for some people to not like it, is clearly for taste.

leggings aren’t pants. Jennifer definitely looks better than usual but wish she were wearing ponte pants instead of leggings. Very pretty jacket. Not used to seeing Hollywood woman with actual hips but that’s a lovely change from the usual boy-hipped Cammy Diaz or Gisele. I don’t find Aniston in the least bit attractive but she works – hard! – with what she’s been given.

  45. OtherChris says:

She really looks amazing and almost always does. She gets by with her great hair and body. Her face could sour milk, but when you put everything together, she looks great.

Have you ever had a friend like that? They have great style and a few amazing traits, but if you look at things separately, they’re not all that attractive? That’s her. But men look at the whole package, which is why I think she’s still so attractive to a lot of guys.

I still say she only acts with her nipples, though.
