Last night was the event for CNN: An All-Star Tribute… which I thought already happened like a month ago? Is CNN doing these Heroes events like every other month now? Anyway, some bigger celebrities showed up for the event, and there was even some half-decent fashion. This is Renee Zellweger in Carolina Herrera, her favorite go-to designer. I actually think Renee looks completely lovely here. Great color, great cut, her hair is totally meh, but it’s not hideous either, and Renee’s face doesn’t look tragic. Also: she’s not posing so hard that she looks like she’s about bust something. Well done, Renee.
Next: my lover Gerard. He was there! And he was wearing the hell out of a suit. And yet he didn’t take care of his jacked beard thing. Just shave it Gerry! Also, why does he look so grumpy?
Demi Moore was there, without Ashton, shockingly. Demi and Ashton have been connected at the hip publicly for more than a month, since the cheating rumors surfaced. As far as the dress – I really don’t like it. The cut around her shoulder looks awkward and uncomfortable, and from the waist up, the whole thing is rather unflattering.
I really disliked Jessica Alba’s dress too. It looks like a glorified housedress.
AnnaLynne McCord was in Alice & Olivia. She also might have a new boyfriend (after Kellan Lutz). The dude’s name is Ryan Eggold… I think he was briefly associated with Kate Hudson several months ago? Also, the fox fur cuffs are tragic and stupid.

I didn’t love or hate Marisa Tomei’s dress. It was just there. Yawn.
And last – Aaron Eckhart. I know some of you still love him, but for me, he’s completely lost the hotness.

Had Rene’ wore a simple pair of sheer hose she would have looked great. Her legs are too hard looking… and bony.
I like Demi’s dress. Cute and age appropriate. Nice color on her.
I also like Marissa’s dress. The color just seems a little off. Maybe too much light from the camera’s washed it out?
And I find Aaron hot hot hot. He ranks right up there with The Hamm. They look like men who know something about getting nasty. 🙂
If Gerald/Gerry would just shave his neck… the beard would be okay to look at. But he is screwing with his hot factor by leaving all that tragic neck hair unkept.

demi needs to cut her hair about 4 inches – too severe looking at her age. also, the dress has enormous armholes! WTF? marisa’s shoes are cute but the dress is meh. renee looks great (if a tad thin) but the winner of the night is jennifer nettles. she looks great – simple, elegant and right on trend.
All the dresses looked a bit too blah and conservative. I know this was more of a proper event but I can think of a hundred dresses that would have looked better and still been event appropriate. I was meh for all the dress save for Marissa’s and Renee’s which had a pop of color atleast …
Love Demi’s dress. When she wears her hair flat, she looks older. She needs to poof it up somehow. It would soften her face. Go wild and sexy like Penelope Cruz.
Renee, I just don’t get why Bradley Cooper is in love with her. He’s much younger and she hasn’t looked really good in years. I don’t like the color of her dress, but glad to see she has put a few pounds on. Great actress, though.
Jennifer Nettles looked fantastic. Young and fresh and not trying too hard.

Bradly Cooper is born on january 1975, Renee on April 1969, which makes a difference of age of 6 years, which doesn’t fall into the ‘much younger than the woman’ in my book.
I mean Halle and her baby daddy have a decade of difference. Nobody say she is too old for him.
Also maybe, (just an idea) that not only for him she is beautiful, but maybe, he loves her, and feel she s right for him for other aspects than just merely how her chromosomes are shaped and come out together.

I think Demi’s dress is nice, but her knees are looking rough.
Jessica Alba looks adorable, and that dress, which I like, looks fabulous on her.
The fox cuffs on McCord’s dress are cute, though faux fur would be much more appropriate.

Hmmm, i think Rene’s dress is badly cut. Look at the hem line. I think AnnaLynne McCord is really pretty, and her dress is so wintery and cute. As for Marisa Tomei, the dress is amazing if it were on Halle Berry, Penelope Cruz or Catherine Zeta Jones. The others are so so.

Renee seems to repeat the same look over and over—super tight dress, same haircut, high heels. This dress is a variation. Nothing exciting.

I love Demi’s shoes. They are perfect with the blue color of her dress. I just don’t like her dress’s high jeweled neckline – it wouldn’t flatter anyone.

That dress is not flattering. It fits like a corset, and it’s hard and shiny, enphasizing her belly. Plus, the color is hard on her, doing her no favors.
She might look better if she softened her haircolor, too. A liitle darker with some low contrast highlights might work.
I never had any opinion on AnnaLynne, but after the fur thing, she’s just become one of the celebrities I despise.
