Moving on… When I was trying to recap the AMAs yesterday, I totally missed out on these Christina Aguilera photos. Apparently, Christina performed, and… afterwards, all anyone could talk about was how she looked pregnant, and how she seemed like she was copying Britney Spears. Basically, Xtina was a hot mess, and she’s either gained some weight in her abdomen, or she just needs to stop with these kinds of costumes, or she’s pregnant. Most sites went with “pregnant” – and Gossip Cop is smacking them down:
“Christina Aguilera Pregnant? AMA Performance Fuels Baby Bump Buzz,” reads a headline on OK! magazine’s website.
The tab’s blog goes on to write that the “revealing black body suit” that Aguilera wore last night at the American Music Awards has “been fueling pregnancy buzz as the crooner appeared to gained some weight since her tile (sic) role in Burlesque.”
OK! even asked its readers, “Do you think [her son] Max will have a young sibling soon?”
First of all, it’s always amusing when a supposed news outlet questions its readers, believing they have more insight into celebrities than they do.
Anyway, let’s cut to the chase – Aguilera is NOT pregnant.
A source close to the singer tells Gossip Cop, “She is going through a hard time, getting divorced, opening a film and caring for her son and hasn’t had time to work out,” which is why she’s gained a little weight.
Perhaps places like OK! should take a pregnant pause before publishing stories like the one about Aguilera possibly expecting.

She’s tiny! And lovely (except the overdone hair and makeup, which are things that can be changed, hopefully). If my figure looked like that I would be struttin down the street with pride. Her curves are great, and I think she is doing quite well in the spotlight, given all she has gone through recently.

OMG she doesn’t even look bad. Body wise that is. She’s curvy and yeah, she put on some weight but she’s not like 300lbs. The pressures to be a damn stick figure are insane. I go up and down all the time and most normal people do. She has a lot going on personally, so let’s cut her some slack. The hair, however, is hideous.

When I look at her now, I even think myself “Yeah, she got fat” But, she really isn’t. It’s because we’re so used to seeing her in shape. Plus, she’s only like 5’2 or something. So like a few people have said, any weight gain is gonna look like loads on such a small frame.

On Conan last night she looked quite fat. And her outfit? Ugh. When she jumped, you could actually see her belly bounce. Or maybe it was just a really bad wardrobe decision. Either way, she needs new gays. She seemed like she could barely stand to be there, performing. Totally phoning it in. But then again, I’m not a fan of her overdone styling and overdone vocals.

Wearing unflattering clothing when you’ve gained a bit of weight just welcomes criticism. Like Jessica Simpson’s mom jeans ho down fiasco. She hadn’t gained that much weight but it looked awful because she was wearing something so unflattering.
Christina is a tiny tiny woman and any weight fluctuations look crazy on her. She should have looked in the mirror, said “This is making me look fat” and chosen something else.

Christina is 4 feet 11 inches. I would guess she weighs about 105-108 in these pictures. She usually weights around 90 ish.
Christina looks fine but I will not be seeing this movie. The trailer had some of the worst acting and absolutely the worst dialogue I have ever heard.

It’s not the outfit or weight so much. It was the God awful hair and clown makeup. She’s beautiful. She could carry some weight if she looked stunning above the neck. Think Anna Nicole anyone. I’m a stress eater, too – not so much fun. There are many things I dislike about Ms Aguilera but the fact she puts on weight when going through a painful breakup with the father of her kid isn’t one of ’em. She gets a pass from me on this.
