sounds like this quy wanted more than just an autoqraph if someone did that to me i would’ve punched them too he had no riqht to sue Eminem he should’ve just leaved him the fuck alone

Sounds to me like the guy went to the event specifically to upset Eminem and get himself punched or threatened or something…so that he could sue.

If someone followed me into a bathroom and harrassed me while I was trying to pee…they’d be lucky if all they got was a punch.

i agree with the humiliation and embarassment bit. getting beat up by a pasty, scrawny little rapper boy because you were annoying him at the urinal? they should be embarassed by it.

Btw: He’s not asking for just 25,000. He’s asking for damages MORE than 25,000. It’s just a legal distincion. If you’re asking for ‘more than’ it might still mean millions. For instance the lawsuit that the Besette family filed against the Kennedy estate after Lauren’s & Caroline’s death stated the same ‘more than 25,000′.

Where the hell is Eminem? He was the biggest act on the planet for awhile there now his just disappeared into oblivion…..not that I mind – i’d just like him to take a couple of people with him so they can learn how to stay out of the spotlight (Amy, Paris, Lindsay….etc)

PS – I wouldve hooked the bastard for giving me grief mid-stream as well….time and a place to ask for an autograph, in the shithouse isnt it…
