After my first husband died, about three years later I had a relationship, and had a baby out of wedlock. That beautiful unexpected happening is now in her 30's and has announced her displeasure with me for allowing her to be born out of wedlock. She says it is embarrassing to her, although her father is casually in and out of our lives,she is embarrassed to say, my mom and dad weren't married..... I think these people should think of the child and the embarrassment it could cause them. I didn't think about it at the time, I thought everyone is doing it, she will be fine. You don't know how this will effect the child later in life. I don't know why so many are choosing to have a baby out of wedlock, if they really believe they are going to be in a lasting relationship. Think of the child first.
