Though bad nutrition and no exercise will result in making us older than our age. Is she a heavy drinker or drug user? This too ages people terribly. It's so sad, all she really needs to do is eat better and exercise. She has the body of an athlete, seriously, she could be amazing if she weren't so lazy and opting for the "easy out". Too bad.
