These are photos from Friday’s photo call/press conference for Rabbit Hole, that grief porn film starring Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. Hilariously enough, photographers basically just took closeups of Nicole’s face throughout the entire thing, so there are only photos of The BotoxFace in various degrees of “emoting”. I think Nicole knew that photographers were only zooming in on The Immovable Forehead, because she looks seriously pissed in many of these photos. I love it – Nicole has one of the best bitchy skunk-faces in the business, probably because she doesn’t use it all too often.
In other Kidman news, while doing press for the film, she ended up talking about little Sunday Rose and how she’s the next Nashville star:
Nicole Kidman’s Grammy-winning hubby Keith Urban isn’t the only crooner in the household. At the NYC premiere of her new drama Rabbit Hole Thursday, the actress — who showed off her own vocal talents in Moulin Rouge — told UsMagazine.com their two-year-old daughter Sunday “sings incessantly!”
Continues Kidman, “She has a repertoire of about 30 songs: ‘The ABCs’, ‘Twinkle, Twinkle Traffic Light’ — have you heard that one? And ‘So long, Farewell,’ she was singing that as I left the house.”
According to Kidman, her tot’s talents aren’t limited to just her voice. When her dad gave a quick at-home performance before they left for the premiere, “Sunday Rose was dancing around the living room,” the Oscar winner, 43, told Us.
Adds Urban, 43, of his little girl’s skills, “I’m your typical proud dad.”
And if Sunday decides to forgo showbiz, she could have a future as a stylist.
“She loves makeup,” Kidman told Us, adding that she often helps her prep for premieres. “She’s not allowed to wear it out of the house, obviously, but she pops on a little blush and some lip gloss!”

Sunday Rose is what… two years younger than Suri Cruise? Something like that. And little Suri is already styling her poor mother, plus wearing heels and makeup and diamonds and running Xenu’s empire, I guess. And all Sunday has is some lip gloss. Sad! But I bet Sunday does have a good voice – both of her parents are musically talented, so it wouldn’t surprise me.

Good for her that she gets to gush about her daughter, husband and happy family without scream of pimping her child and doing so to sell a film.
I don’t thinks she is pregnant. It took her MANY years to have this child. I think she is counting that as a blessing and calling it a day. They are both very in love with this child. And that happens for couples when they know that child will be the only one.

I don’t know. I always feel a little torn when she talks about the baby… I can understand being excited about her, but it seems like her other children sort of get shafted in the whole deal.
I wonder if she wears contacts- that could cause the red eyes. She does look really good here. I love her to bits and can’t understand why she is ‘box office poison.’ Maybe younger movie goers just don’t dig the kinds of movies she chooses to do.
This is scary. Upon first glance, Nicole here looks exactly like Rachel Uchitel on Celebrity Rehab. This is in NO WAY a compliment to Kidman.

I mean, I’m not au fait with surgical procedures, so I’m wondering, I had thought that fillers, botox etc were repeated procedures – i.e. they wore off after a few months. Nicole Kidman must know by now that the “beauty” treatments she’s using have made her less attractive to people with eyes, as well as less effective as an actress. So why hasn’t she laid off the stuff? Is it possible that she’s had an allergic reaction and it’s fucked her face up permanently? Because if so, that’s tragic, and you’d think she admit to it as a cautionary tale.

omg, my Nicole is back. I hated her blond All of her beautiful features faded and, plus, she had blown up her lips beyond huge. I couldn’t even watch Australia because of her lips. Her lips are much better now. Less filler. And she finally got the red right. She’s been working on it it. Love the lighter part at the ends. It looks more natural. This is the Nicole that stood out from the pack of blond barbie actresses. Love her.

I am still just so happy for Nicole & Keith. It took her a really long time to have Sunday; if she has another baby, good on her.
Mr. Bellaluna & I had our 4th child (he was a total “SURPRISE” baby) 18 months ago, and we are totally in love with him because we thought he’d never happen. It doesn’t mean we weren’t in love with our other kids, too. But it is VERY different when you’re older and never thought you’d have another child.
I can see Suri and Sunday fight each other in the future. Lol.

However, for the past year her face has looked much better in still photographs than it has in motion.

@Bellaluna- I do understand, especially given the fact that Nicole *adopted* her previous two children, that experiencing the pregnancy that she always wanted would make the experience different.
It always just comes across (to me) that her excitement over this child completely overshadows her other children. My aunt tried for ten years to have children, & couldn’t. She adopted two, then found out she was pregnant on their second birthday. But with her, I never saw a ‘difference’ between how she talked about her children. But this is just what I’ve seen, I could always be off base.

I think it sounds like Sunday Rose is just a normal little girl, as opposed to the children of some other celebrities who are expected to act way beyond their years, and i think it is refreshing and nice. As for her face, I don’t like the botox at all, never have, especially as she makes her living from her emotions being able to show on her face.
For those talking about Nicole’s older two children, when they were babies or much younger, she did less interviews back then, but talked a lot about them, especially when Tom dumped her and she used to mentioned her little ones and how much they meant to her. I think somewhere a disconnect happened, that she was lost after the divorce and the kids seemed to love being at Tom’s more. His sister with her kids lived there, too, and were homeschooled together. Then she met Keith and lived primarily in Nashville, and the kids in their teens chose to stay permanently in California where all their friends were. I don’t hear her mention them much anymore. I know teens don’t like to be mentioned, but, obviously, she’s not as close anymore. But when they were babies, there were photos with her and I believe she was just as close. It doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy the process of giving birth and all that means for a woman.
And Bellaluna is exactly right. Nicole’s kids were older. And Nicole was 40 and obviously was wondering if it would happen, her having a child. So I’m sure this is a very special time for her, happy in love again and a miracle baby and not working so much and in Nashville, away from the spotlight of paparazzi in California.

@ Hakura – I think Tom got custody of the kids in the divorce. He is a staunch Scientologist (as we all know), and he absolutely INSISTED that HIS kids grow up enmeshed in Scientology too. Nicole’s Catholic, and it’s my understanding that Tom’s die-hard enthusiasm for Scientology was a big nail in the marriage coffin for them.
I don’t talk about my children differently either, but I’ve had all of them (except the 3rd; my hubby’s from his previous marriage) since giving birth to them. I think I tend to talk more about the baby because, well, he’s the baby; as the baby, he reaches milestones almost daily.

Best she’s looked in a while- the hair color suits her and her eye makeup is flattering. Her third lip also seems very diminished. The “frozen tundra forehead” is still there, but her lips seem better.
Did anyone see her on Oprah? I watched the clip from “Rabbit Hole” where she was yelling and crying at Aaron Eckhart and her neck was veiny and bulging with all of the emotion and effort (you know, as it does when you are yelling and sobbing) while her face was completely smooth and mask-like. It was like her neck was “alive” and her face was “dead”- maybe I was looking for it, but it was really distracting from the story.

nic gets a bad rap for “abandoning” her older children. She didn’t, Tom cruise used everything he had to get primary custody to raise them in Scientology. Whereas Nicole Kidman is a devout catholic. He did eveything he could to persuade his kids to stay with him, I would even say going as far as to black mail her by releasing private information gathered during Scientology audits from her early days.

I have a frind who recently had her third child, a girl after two boys. Honestly, the way she talks about this girl its as if the boys were practice runs! It totally offends me EVERY time I am near her (and I have two girls and a boy so its not sour grapes). They are having a tough time finnacially but teh girl is always dressed in head-to-toe designer gear, the mother makes comments like: “I am just so mushy about her. Its funny because I was never like that with teh boys” ALL THE TIME. Anyway, just saying I get the whole offensive favoritim thing….but in Nicole’s case I really do feel she earns a pass. Her family imploded, and she was devastated by it. I suspect she was depresssed for years afterwards and that took its tolkl on her relationship with Bella and Connor. And Tom can be very persuasive I imagine. Now she has a new family with a man thta is intensely devoted to her, who she is clearly very much in love/lust with and has her dream child with, who she never thought would happen. Give her a break. It IS a miracle…

Her fake lips (& Kiera Knightleys) are the only ones in Hollywood or elsewhere that look somewhat natural/normal.
I wish they would share who did them as fake lips usually look so fake but i think theirs look much more natural than most.

One of the reasons she’s back to her old hair color, that washed out blonde shit was making her older for years plus the skinny weight she always carried. Being a mama has agreed with her. I have the same problem with the red eyes, and i HATE it. I had Lasik done back when it was the new thing, and i signed those release papers, knowing that i might suffer the side effect of perpetual dry-eye and be obliged to put daily moisture drops in…well, i never thought it’d happen, but it did, and with time and age, it’s only gotten worse. In fact, i’m back to glasses, cuz they didn’t know then that Lazik wears off with time. This could be one of the reasons why Nic has bloodshot eyes, i really doubt she’s hittin’ the bong with Keith, as he’s been doing well in recovery.
I think she looks good, too. And it’s true, the paps and photogs are totally scrutinizing her, magnifiying her, scouring her face for signs of aging and weakness, and loss of beauty and power. It’s freaking disgusting.
Imagine how Marilyn or Greta would’ve felt in these times. Greta once remarked that aging was like “an eraser removing the dignity from her face.”
Honestly, if i could afford it, i’d probably try Botox, too. But, as with Lazik, there are side effects…so i’ll let them be the guinea pigs for now…
