  3. Jaybird, did you mean ‘forced to gain 10 lbs’in the header comment?

  4. It took her 3 weeks to gain 10 lbs????
I gain 10 lbs just looking at food!

  5. I find her pretty blah. Not quite as blah as the likes of Sienna Miller, but still, nothing to write home about. And she doesn’t strike me as the super smart type either.
I love how it says “seen with some much needed curves under her Star Wars t-shirt”. Curves?? Am I going blind? ‘Cause I don’t see any curves there. She’s still very thin and yeah, she’s got some boobage going on, but that’s about it. Curves are a whole different ballgame.
JayBird: you are very right in saying that our perception starts being warped because we see so many pics of super skinny celebs. I think this whole “curves on Megan Fox” thing proves that. Personally, I prefer people with the stature of Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lopez, Queen Latifah, Jennifer Hudson or that ANTM winner Whitney. They look so much more healthy (and content).

I find the “sporting much needed curves under her t-shirt” phrase funny. Curves?? Maybe I’m going blind, but I don’t see any curves there. She still looks rail-thin. Granted, she’s got a bit of boobage going on, but that’s it. Curves are a whole different ballgame.
JayBird: you are right in saying our perceptions are becoming warped. I think the fact that somebody is saying Megan Fox currently has curves proves that. Personally, I really prefer the statures of celebs like Kate Winslet, Jennifer Hudson, Jennifer Lopez, Queen Latifah or that ANTM winner Whitney. They are all different sizes but neither is so horribly skinny as most Hollywood women these days. And they look healthy and content.

  7. Kaiser/ Hippacrat:

I actually kind of admire her honesty with the “I just stopped eating” comment. I get tired of hearing the silly stories of how some actors lose weight for a role. I bet when she said it, she shrugged, like “How do you think I lost weight?” - and anyway, she looks healthy enough in the header pic. Although I am concerned about her eyebrows…

Still don’t know what all the hype is about. If she ever plays anything other than the hot chick, let me know. I find her as exciting as processed cheese….mmm, cheese….

  9. Rose, it sounds to me that they want muscle weight, working out. She’s already thin. She’s not sticky. They are telling her to starting training. I believe Michael Bay doesn’t like skinny girls, I think he notices every aspect of a woman.

  10. I don’t know what all the hype is about. She isn’t too skinny at all. I am 5′3″ and weigh 107 pounds. My husband keeps telling me to gain weight, but I think that I am fine. I don’t think that she needs to or should gain ANY weight.

  11. Didn’t you read it, though? That’s a pic of her AFTER she gained weight. She’s not deathly in the pic, but 10 pounds lighter probably looked pretty damn gaunt.

I have met some female celebs in person and they are even smaller than you ever imagined. Remember, the camera puts on weight, so they actually look quite fragile in person. Pretty shocking!

  12. I’ve heard the same type of diet from Anne Hathaway, they all just stop eating. And do what? Snort cocaine? Do a colon cleanse? These bitches are wack!

  13. Jen I weight 120 and am 5′2. I think I look better with the extra weight to be honest. If I weight below 110 I start looking scary skinny!

  14. you guys make me feel like an Amazon woman or something! 5′6″ and 145lbs but most of the noticeable weight is in my - ahh, womanly areas? tna? lmao

her body does look perfect in those pics but its absolutely true — in real life, alot of these celebs are so so fragile looking. i met the singer Cassie two summers ago and it was really painful to look at, she looked like she could barely stand

  18. What people maybe don’t realize is that’s she’s around 5′7″ and not much more than 105 lbs. It’s pretty alarming when you see how thin some of these poor women are. Who thinks Kate Bosworth looks better now than when she made Blue Crush? She’s had some eating disorder for a while, and losing weight the way Megan Fox did can lead to an eating disorder, ano or bulimia. You can only starve for a while then you move on.

If you ever want to spend a fun day, go to the grove and see some of the most severely underweight women on the planet. Before anyone goes off on me, I am height weight normal by any standard. I have to watch my diet and exercise everyday. Not starve, or binge to gain. It’s a shame she’s so “lazy”.

  19. I crash-dieted two weeks before prom and then the weekend before and went from 150 to 135. I felt great and looked hot. However, it was only for the one event and I’d only ever do it again for another formal event, and I’ve since gained it all back. Also, I hid the fact that I was doing it from my friends and family because there is obviously huge stigma attached to it. It’s awful that this sort of dieting is given credit by women of power. Once you remove the stigma, who’s going to be the voice of reason?

  20. @ Jen

I don’t think there is anything wrong with your weight and height. It’s still a healthy BMI. I’m 5′3” and 112, and honestly could stand to lose a few. It all depends on a person’s body type. I gain weight like a guy. I get a gut and have skinny little arms and legs. It’s super hot.

Let’s all feel bad for another vacuous bimbo who gets paid to take her clothes off and starts bitching about her “body image”.

Like she knows what it’s like.

I guess I’m bitter to an extent, because I’ve hated my body since I was eight years old, and such a statement coming from someone with no qualms with flaunting her body suddenly attaining an eating disorder’s a little hard to believe.

Let’s face it, women like Megan Fox are nothing but catalysts in low self-esteem in young women.

    Kaiser; her eyebrows? Elaborate. :-)

  27. Kaiser/ Hippacrat:

Her eyebrows just seem sketchy to me - she’s a beautiful girl, but it’s weird that her brows jump out (to me), I think. Half-Brooke Shields bushy/half-drawn-in. She just needs a new brow look. :)

  28. I totally agree about the brows! There is something a little too overdone about her. It kind of prevents me from thinking she’s as gorgeous as everyone says. What is it about her? Something a little off…

    :) Amy!
I know what you’re saying, but I not sure what it is. Some say she’s had a lot of work done, but I think she’s probably just a hot 22 year old whose skin looks that great naturally. Bitch.

you. The skin comment, what do these women use on their skin, a palm sander with 400 grit??

:) Daisy424 - I think the “palm sander” is called “being 22″ - seriously. I have the same olive-y kind of skin tone as Fox, but it looks different at the age of 28.

  34. I’m about the same size and height than her and I still think I need to lose a bit of weight. I’m naturally curvy in those girly areas and I don’t feel comfortable.
I don’t think she’s especially stunning (although yes, she is pretty)and she certainly looks too overdone. She should grow her eyebrows to get a proper Brooke Shields look.

  37. What I find funny is that eating after a certain time at night has nothing to do with gaining weight. As long as you wait at least one hour before you go to sleep, it will not make you gain weight any faster. Your metabolism doesn’t slow down during bed time.

  38. *drool* Megan Fox can beat any other female in my opinion. I’m so glad to see that she’s gained some weight because that’s the only issue I had with her appearance. Well…and the tattoos, but I can look past those.

I would LOVE to look like her.

  39. M. Nash, yep, I’m a big bully because I’m sceptical of some woman who has been treated better than other women less attractive than she is.

Like I said, it’s probably bitterness talking, but as someone who has hated her body since she was eight, I don’t feel the whole “anorexic” vibe coming from someone who doesn’t seem to have a problem with taking her clothes off all of a sudden.

I’m actually a very friendly person, but I’m also really tired of being treated like garbage for not being pretty enough. I’d love to see her in my fucking situation.

Not to make this about me, but yes, I suffer incredibly poor self-esteem, and it pisses me off that I’m supposed to feel bad for her.

  40. What's all the hype about???:

Just 10lbs??? HA! She needs some hips, thighs and ass to please me and I doubt that’ll just be 10lbs. What I find funny is the white person’s (US “majority”) opinion to “curvy”. If you are under 120lb and taller than 5′1, what the hell “curves” could you possibly have LMAO? Jessica Rabbit and Melissa Ford have CURVES… this chick doesn’t. Breasts don’t really include as curves unless they stick out towards the side (making that “s” figure w/ your hand outlining her as you stand in front of a person). Now I’m sure if she dropped those 10lbs, they would stick out more BUT even that won’t make her “curvaceous” but rather “top heavy.” She’s okay but I’ve seen prettier. Plus I don’t count when girls have make-up on because that’s not real beauty. That’s a cover and she looks like she has a couple of lbs of make-up on lol. So until I see a NATURAL pic of her… I’ll say if she’s “pretty” (to me) or not.

  41. What's all the hype about???:

Oh and Ms. X, I understand your point. I don’t think its good to mention a point that has an obvious bias (especially when you state it lol) BUT that still doesn’t take away from the quality. I only suffered probs w/ body image when I was younger because I grew up around the “white” standard. One day I realized I didn’t have to conform to that standard because I’m simply not of that group lol. After that… I grew into my own person. They are many curvy women or “awkwardly pretty”/”not pretty PRETTY” females who get all kinds of guys/gals. Remember “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” so what may be the norm doesn’t necessarily make it right thus not stopping you from truly being the beautiful person you can be! Good luck in life, hun!

It’s hard to resist the pressure from the media to be blatantly, in-your-face sexy.

  44. Ok, first of all, I think she looks trashy. If too overtly sexy

But other than that, WOAH to all the people who say she looks pretty for a white (caucasian) person. Would you ever say that about a black person or an asian, etc??

Think of all the ethnic groups you include in that blanket statement. What about all of the olive toned, or blond-haired-blue-eyed Europeans or Americans, etc. Should they all aspire to look like Megan Fox?? Should every ethnicity who’s genetically prone to be short, or boxy, or tall, or lankey, feel like they are ugly because they don’t look like her!?

Racism is wrong regardless of the race targeted!

  45. She really is pretty - I’ve seen photos of her without a stitch of makeup on, and holy cow, very beautiful. She’s genetically gifted and at the perfect age for beauty, so of course she’s a stunner. I think she’s far lovelier sans all the makeup, too. Some girls can pull off the no-makeup face beautifully, girls like Megan Fox. Lucky little bitch! Very pretty woman, indeed…

  46. Are you people serious? Her skin is horrible and the bumps are noticeable in photos with the naked eye. She wears stage pancake makeup to get that great skin look.
