The only difference here is that she's under a microscope of scrutiny with her career. They have had a tumultuous relationship for some time, many times over the years, but she has stuck by him throughout, she truly does love him, and he's always running back, but this is the last straw. As for Sienna Miller... these are the same exact same circumstances she got caught up with Jude Law under... wife with children, and new children... it'll probably end on the same note this time, too. And, her career will be the same as it always was, is. And, she'll do this... again. She's not a very smart girl, or a very wise girl. ... what I keep remembering seeing in an article about Jude's having cheated on her, was her mother calling him a "bloody idiot" for his actions....? So, cheating on your wife makes you the perfect catch, but cheating on the woman you cheated on your wife with - now that makes you, somehow, mental!
