Because of people like her, they have instated a system in Minnesota (well in the counties closest to the cities) where you get one judge for all of your divorce/custody, etc. You have the option to remove at the beginning, before anything has happened, but you get a random replacement if you choose to do so. The logic is one judge for all of the proceedings means that they know the case and the parties best because they know the details of the case, and people can't try to take advantage of other judges who may not know as much. I saw the episode when the little girl made a comment about loving her recently deceased grandmother. A child should never be placed in the situation that these girls have been. I never thought that anyone could make Charlie Sheen look like the more responsible parent....but Denise Richards has managed that.
