There’s nothing wrong with plastic surgery; to each their own. (There are ways to enhance oneself without surgery, too, which is probably how some celebs say they’ve never had any. Lasers, anyone?)

I love Kathy and hope she’s happy with herelf. Also can’t believe she’s 47, cos she looks so good.

to each his own and all that…..
but there is definitely something wrong with plastic surgery.
“…nearly killed her when she developed toxicity and nearly bled to death internally.”
anytime you mess with nature, priority is being given to vanity over health.
be happy with what you have people

She doesn’t need to be hot since she’s funny. She has more going for her than her physical image. Still deciding if I want to shell out $60 to see her perform in Chicago…

Because I say So: You should go! I think you’d have a lot of fun. She’s really down to earth in person, and interacts with the crowd really well!

I have gone back and forth about whether or not I find her annoying, but I think she’s alright in my book. She just seems real, I can’t put my finger on it. Which is ironic I guess, considering the post is about how fake her body is. ha.

Are you kidding!? I’d shell out $60 in a heartbeat. She’s awesome. I wish she’d come to upstate New York. She reminds me of an embroidered pillow my grandmother had that said “If you have nothing nice to say about someone, come sit next to me.” Love her!

    Good for her!

    and kudos for being honest.
So many of them are not honest and haven’t reached the point of realizing some of her insights.

Charlize Theros was a pretty woman and she is certainly not old, and yet she went a got a nose job and a other plastic surgeries for her body.

Same goes for Angelina’s two nose jobs and balancing of her upper lip with her bigger lower lip.

Kathy is smart enough to understand it was a mistake, and honest enough to admit it publicly.

I really like her….I think she is great. Never like the idea of Lipo because Dr’s only need attend a seminar to perform it.

If you want plastic surgery get it…when and if I need it, I will run to my dermotolgist, get the recommendation for the best plastic surgery around and go!

I adore Kathy. I’m sure her plastic surgery jaunt a/working on Suddenly Susan w/the gorgeous Brooke Shields had a lot to do with it. Brooke is a beauty, yes, but she could never have the talent or personality of Ms. Griffen. She works it, she has money & lives in a fab home. Anytime my TV guide shows Kathy on, I flip to it immediately. Even if I saw it 10 times. She wins everytime. Yes, Barbara might prefer Astrolube over K-Y, but don’t get the Astrolube up your bunghole. You’ll be crapping like a chemo patient, trust me.

I fully support plastic surgery. As a matter of fact, I’m considering it.

And no-one can ever be happy with what they have. In this day and age, it’s impossible. It sounds nice and all, but in a society that only seems to grow more vain, it’s incredibly difficult to be satisfied with your appearance.

Ugly/fat people are ostracized NONSTOP for their image, and if they are happy with their appearance, everyone else is prepared to knock them down a few pegs, so guess what?

Until people start judging by what matters, which will never be, insecurity will continue to happen. Deal with it.

As much as I’m unhappy with my appearance and the social condition of this world, I’m forced to accept it.

I love her, think she’s hysterical, I always catch myself laughing when I see her show or routine. I’m glad she’s happy with herself, it’s wierd though, all that money on plastic surgery but the same damn fug hairstyle!

Kathy is great. I think she is really funny. I like her ‘style’ of comedy — a story, not a one-two punchline or a doofy song. Also, I love the story of Celine Dion barking like a dog.

I think that you get one body, and it’s your business what you want to do with it. I have no problem with anyone considering any sort of body modification, invasive surgery or otherwise. That being said, I’m glad Miss Kathy realized that she didn’t find surgical enhancements satisfying, and decided to quit while she was ahead. (Unlike some celebrities who become addicted to the pursuit of “perfection”). No harm in a little maintenance here and there, but if your body says “enough!”, listen to it!

Kelly–Say more about Charlize Theron’s and Angelina Jolie’s cosmetic surgeries. Where did you read about them? Jolie has obviously had her nose narrowed and her lips filled out–and has had cheek implants, too, I think. Theron’s nose job, if she did have one, was very skillfully done.

To Yeah I said it and Chrissy,
Wow, have you two after all your hate mail blogging realized that you both look like asses and have very UNattractive personailites?…and that’s why you anonymously lash out at others who you are obviously jealous of?

You are both mean and pathetic and probably ugly on the outside too.
