This girl was lured back to the club by a predator who is now in police custody. She went up to the roof and he hit her over the head and did God knows what to her dead body.This begs the example to young women in the city to please go out in groups. There was a similar case a few years back that a girl was tragically killed by a bouncer after having too much to drink. :( This is a real sad case. I do, however, think there are bouncers who might be a little too over the top. If the poor girl was indeed drunk and caught in the men's restroom (per the link a commenter left above) that is nothing that outrageous. People drink at clubs, some over do it and make mistakes. Maybe she mouthed off at the bouncer(s) when she was ejected from the club. Even so that warrants no violence. She was a 24 yr old woman what threat did she pose, really. What concerns me is that some of the more VIP club places seem to really love employing the uber asshole/tough guy bouncer types. Like that gives the place extra cache or something.
