Considering Hayden’s parents live “just down the street”, I doubt this is the first home bought with her money. Just like Papa Joe and his wife are living off their kids’ money (or money made from having them as kids), Lynn Spears, the Duff parents… etc, etc.

I thought the same thng to Exile, but then I remembered she has been acting for years… ie commercials, and Guiding light to name a few. Also hasn’t Heroes had like 3 or 4 seasons? I don’t really watch it so I’m not for sure.

I may be wrong, but I have a suspicious feeling that these industry peolple buy homes that expensive so they can be and be around other “keeping up with the hollywood Jones’s types”.They certainly don’t live around just”anybody”.

She was on Guiding Light for quite a while and was an incredibly talented actress – completely believable in her role, unlike a lot of child actors who are so wooden.

I still find it odd that these young girls date much much older guys and no one says a thing about it. Hilary Duff was with that Joel Madden guy when she was 17 and he was like, what? 26, 27? Something like that. And although Im sure she is still a ‘virgin’ and wocka wocka, I never read much of any backlash on it. Just kind of bugs me. Maybe I am just jealous as well though.

I’m not really surprised she has that type of money. On top of acting on TV and in movies (didn’t she also have an ice-skating movie or something?) since she was a kid, she has endorsements in the US (Skechers and Neutrogena) and abroad too I’m sure. Endorsements bring big money.

Yes, I’m sure she has some cash, but they didn’t say she paid for the house outright. I just bought a home, too, but I certainly didn’t shell out the entire amount. It’s called a mortgage, LOL!
Also, we should consider that a modest home in California costs a bleeding fortune, so a $2.6 miilion dollar pad in L.A. might not be quite as Taj Mahal-ish as we are imagining.
My friend looked for years for a 1500 sq ft home in Cali for under $200K and she finally got one, but it was built over 60 years ago and is in a run-down neighborhood. The real estate is insane there.

Yes, 2.6 mil in LA is not much. Look at the square footage (3100)- for 2.6 mil you can double that size for a house of the same cost in most of the US. In my city with the mortgage crash you can get a 3600 sq. foot home for a little over 400k in an upscale location.

I think she the worst role model there is in the whole pack os starlets and any parent, and the cast of heros ,who didnt say one word, to the pedophile she has been sleeping with since 17,not one would dare upset this spoiled brat,now her and her pedophile can hide out is the house,that when he is’nt cruising the local high schools looking for teens,he should have been arested,but nobody had the balls to say hey Milo what the hell are you doing she is 17 your 31,you can’t find a 25 year old,are you that insecure?sure maybe I’m wrong ,but it would never happen to my daughter,or anyone else in my family,makes me a little sick but,something will happen when she finds her mind,and the fact that she has been around adults makes her want to be one, way to soon,its a shame at the least
