From that day on I have lost all respect for him and that is something that I will remind him for the rest of his life. I can honestly say that I too have a bad temper but I would NEVER use violence against anyone especially the people I love and care the most and I refused to expose my brother to this kind of environment so I had to stop it from the beginning. Now when I am home, my father knows perfectly well to stay away from me and we have never spoken a single word to each other ever since. In my parents' home. And that was the last & most egrigious (sp?) incident before I gave him the whatfor. To this day (at least 4 years later) I don't understand why I delt with it all. But, at the time, I honestly thought that relationship was my only choice. Thank God, my parents & friends I saw the light & booted the asshat. My dad always had a bad temper and one day everything got out of hand and he become violent towards me and my mother, when I saw that he was going after my mother I beat the shit out of him, true story. I never agree with using violence (and I am not proud of attacking my own father) but I would never let anyone hurt and disrespect my mom like that, and since the day that I beat him, he become like this pathetic person that even to this day, he never would dare to look me in the eyes.
