Rob has no feel for anything, all he feels for is his "gayness" and his creative eye ends right there. I would believe Dana could do whatever but never have i ever seen anyone more uncomfortable in a role than what she was cast in Chicago. It was embarrassing. Obviously latifa cannot relate to "Ma Raineys", she is just too removed generationally, she hasn't any clue from that era at all. And that is what i cannot stand about Rob, for some reason hollywood thinks he's IT, HE'S JUST TOPS, ETC. And when the "gay" hollywood gets that blind, it's time for alot of discomfort, they are no longer judging w/ their creativity, now it's all about who is the new hot one. That award show was all about Chicago, chicago chicago, so much so, i went to see it and found it to be crap and also proves some plays are meant to be plays and belong on stage and stage only. What's happened to Rob? maybe it proved it is a one time only.What about Mammet? isn't it time to begin recognize real talent? They're for staying alive and feeling good, too, and there's no shame in being a bigger girl as long as you're healthy and do your best to take care of yourself.
