I've tried it, and sheeeit, I was starving at the end of every day!!!! But of course, if someone wants to pay me a few million dollars to star in their film on condition that I get in tip-top shape, then hell, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I know I quit drinking beer recently (I have a pint on VERY rare occasions) and I lost nearly 5-7 pounds. I'm well below 130 now (I hate being over it), nearing 120. IT's really quite amazing how much weight you gain from drinking beer, it's all the sugar I'm guessing... Hmmm, beer makes your belly fat!!!
