Personally, I don't see anything wrong with it at all. By acknowledging those qualities that drew you to that individual, you reinforce your feelings, and by sharing those moments with your partner, it strengthens those same feeling in your partner towards you; therefore increasing your bond as a couple. If this is true, good for them-- they look much happier here than in recent past. If it is true, it sounds like an exercise given by a therapist. Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with it at all.
