I agree that she is way to young and unstable to consider marriage yet. She seems to be doing so much better now; upsetting the status quo might not be such a good idea.
It seems like she is trying hard to grow up and mature. She really ought to give herself more time before making what should be a lifetime commitment. If they are meant to be together in the long run, they will, even if they wait a couple of years for marriage.

Why is it necessary to get married? What’s wrong with being committed to each other and just being a couple enjoying being together without having to rush into marriage? I know sometimes it’s for publicity, but still…seems to make breaking up that much more traumatic…

I thought so to CANADIAN FAN…..AND TO ORANGEITJULIU…… Maybe they are trying to copy Ellen and Portia, who knows…….Sammy-poo has said how much she adores Ellen, so now that THEY are married and had an intimate, beautiful ceremony that was on the cover of People Magazine ( their picture ), all of a sudden Sammy-poo wants to marry her love…….Isn’t Sammy writing a tell-all book about her life with the Lohan’s ( whole family ), and her past and present relationship with Lindsay?…………I could have sworn I read that on a site somewhere, not very long ago…How old are they?…a TELL-ALL book ? It’s not like she has had decades of experience with the Lohan’s, if this is true. But, if Lindsay is happy, then so be it, and I wish her the best.

I wish Lindsay drops everything and dissapears to lead a private life.Its very evident that many people want her destroyed.

Let them do what they want. It’s their lives. Some marriages made at 20 work, some made at 40 don’t. Ages are just numbers. And the marriage is their business.

I’m with Lauri. She’s still young why upset a good thing? Marriage, babies – yeah you have to be mature to tackle those and succeed. But doing those things does not beget maturity.
I dunno why, I think Lindsey might end up going back to the dick. I just do.
