That is a hard act to follow. But on the same note, she should had practiced. It sounds like they called her out of the audience at the last min and she did not even prepare, hence, this would not sound like a H.A.M! She really needs ear training and vocal coaching. This means we have a tremendously broad range of subcultures and worldviews. Our citizenry is made up of every race on the planet. The socio-economic range in America is very broad. Contrary to the relatively homogenous crowd that visits this website (because it represents a specific interest) or even the web as a whole (age ranges and economic classes are not by any means equally represented on the net, and the "average" American is not an active blogger), the U.S. is so diverse as to defy any sort of stereotyping's ability to ring true...except for that part about our characteristic American swagger. We do think pretty highly of ourselves as a general rule. So...stick your nasty comments about what kind of music Americans like into your filing cabinet of "I hate the U.S." nuggets. Save the anti-American epithet spitting for when you come up with something a bit more interesting than, "Hey, your musicians all look like hookers...ha ha...we hate you." /shakes head. Lame.
