@Micaela I am more referencing the way he treated Alanis Morrisette. His courting and quick marraige to Scarlett as sort of an F you to Alanis complete with barely veiled digs at her (I am sure he’ll do the same thing this time around). I think it’s obvious that Scarlett did whatever she wanted while married to him and I happen to think she cheated on him ALOT. I just think he is one of those guys who is impossible to be around that is just my feeling because of the jerky look in his eyes. I absolutely could be wrong though.
I don’t know that he is a control freak but I’ve read several stories that he was a douchebag and treated Scarjo like crap. For example, they got into a screaming match right before Comic con one year and he acted like a bitchy diva and decided not to go while she was a consumate professional and showed up. There are some not so flattering fan accounts of him being a douchebag also. Of course Scarjo was rumored to be into herself more then she was into her marriage- who isn’t at 24? (But there are always two sides to every story)

Those magazines, esp. crappy People, print stories about whoever they think is hot, and I think I read that Ryan Reynolds was “supposed” to be the most sought after actor in H’wood right now. I’ve never thought much of Scarjo- I think she started banging Woody Allen about ten years ago and that will ALWAYS gross me out, so maybe I’m biased, but I think Ryan is coming out WAY on top in this divorce.

Ryan has not been photographed with a lot of women; he has never treated Scarlett like a photo opt. From every article about him he seems to be quite shy and not the man we want or imagine him to be. As the “sexist man alive” GUYS want him to get a hotter girl than Scarlett, drive a Lamborghini and boast about women he has or can get. He is a multi-millionaire and lives in a two bdrm house; He swims hikes, bikes, horseback rides and loves to fish. Scarlett seems more high maintenance with a larger lifestyle in mind. She will be in heaven with Sean (until he gets tire of her) jetting around the world pure Hollywood. In an Allure article this is dream of hers to have a Hollywood lifestyle. What I have read about Ryan, he is known for his work ethics and Lainey (gossip) admitted that the old Ryan (douche) she interviewed early in his career was gone and in his place was this tall healthy handsome man that took her breath away. When she met his mother, she knew he had grown up. He visits his sick father who is in a nursing home who the staff says is a frequent visitor. He is very private and we more than likely will not hear from his side what happened. He never said a word after the Alanis split while she wrote songs, talked to Howard Stern, tweet and twitter about her knew life. He remained quiet. This is a guy who worked hard in 2010 while Scarlett stayed and home and admitted she was bored. Since before and after the split, she has been seen publicly with Jared, Jason, Justin, Jeremy, Kevin and now Sean. He still is working and has a date and people talk about him moving on to quickly. Come on ya’ll. I hope he does find someone to love.
