Of course she is going to be asked: "Do you plan to have children?" The answer most people would give is "Sure, someday". Likely followed by, "Would you consider adoption?" (since that is the big thing for celebs now), to which any normal person in an interview would respond "I think adoption is great and would definately consider doing that" (pat PR response). This was a typical interview with typical my-publicist-told-me-to-say answers. I'm amazed anyone is taking it seriously. She’s in a movie where she is playing someone pregnant.
