She should admit it and earn appreciation for her honesty. Does she think she can fool us plastic surgeons? This photo is obviously after her nose surgery and breast enlargement. She has had her breasts re-redone several times since. I can tell you that the girl has had her lips enlarged, very large silastic cheek implants, buttock implants, eyelid surgery, browlift (checkout the lift and shape of her brows) and liposculpting. This is why I see beautiful young ladies in my office feeling they need surgery because they are aesthetically inadequate. Nice try, Kim!
