Actress Halle Berry and her yummy boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, are enjoying parenthood with their daughter Nahla so much, they’re going to try it again. Aubry revealed in an interview that he and Halle are currently working on baby number two. Lucky girl!
Newborn Nahla Ariela Aubry may have a little sib soon.
Halle Berry’s beau Gabriel Aubry tells Usmagazine.com that he and the 41-year-old actress are trying to have another baby.
“Yeah, we are working on that!” he told Us at Elle magazine’s 15th Annual Women in Hollywood event in Beverly Hills, where Berry was honored on Monday.
Despite wanting to expand their family, Aubry said, “We have no plans for marriage. We are more married than ever, really.” (After two failed marriages, Berry has famously vowed to never wed again.)
Since welcoming their daughter in March, Aubry said he is amazed at how the actress has embraced motherhood.
“I mean, look at her - she is unbelievable!” he told Us. “She is the best mom that anybody could ask for — or wish for!”
As for Nahla?
“She is on the verge of walking,” Aubry said. “She is walking with assistance, let’s just put it that way.”
“I had no expectations so everything is a surprise,” Aubry told Us of fatherhood. “There is no best part. Everything is amazing!”
Wow- Nahla is already trying to walk! These two are going to have their hands full with a little daredevil, I bet. Anyway, this news sure puts to rest all the Internet rumors that the couple broke up- sounds like they are very much together. I get the impression that they try to keep their relationship out of the papers as much as possible. They don’t go out together all that often, and when they talk about their private lives, they mostly speak about the baby and that’s it.

He looks like a Greek God. Seriously it’s ridiculous.
That said, I think they might fare well. It’s easier to get pregnant right after giving birth…something about the body being so used to it or something. My OBGYN told me that at least. She made it clear that if we didn’t want another one right away be extra careful right after we had our little one. She’s older and it makes conception harder but this will work in her favor.

I don’t see Gabriel Aubry as anything exceptional… sure he’s nice looking and talented and successful but that’s all. Glad Halle is so happy with him and her life at the mo, she deserves all the happiness.

Tia- not necessarily.. My gram got pregnant when she was 45 . And it was not planned. Gramps was jsut as surprised haha. All went just fine. It happens. Seems Halle is pretty healthy/lifestyle too so that works way in her favor as well.:)

I agree with Jen (the other one), Feebee, and Tia. Gabriel is well, okay, nothing to get my knickers in a twizzy over. Now you want a drop-dead gorgeous guy I present Tom Welling aka Clark Kent on Smallville. The older he gets the more gorgeous he gets. I’d make babies with him for the rest of my life, and that is saying a lot considering I have been married for almost 10 years (I’m 32 now) and my husband and I chose to be child-free.

When you’re over 40, every month it gets harder to conceive, so I guess they want to have more kids before it becomes really difficult & it’s true that it’s easier to get pregnant right after having a baby. Halle looks fabulous & they do look happy together. I don’t think they live together, but it seems a little odd that I havent seen a single picture of daddy with the baby. I think Halle finally found the right one. Her ex (Eric Benet) is a first class a$$. He is dating Prince’s ex-gold digger with his sex addict self (at least you know she can keep up since you know Prince broke her in). Eric tried to say he thought Halle loved his daughter but he hasn’t talked to her in years as if that’s odd. He was cheating with something like over 20 women & at that point Halle said she couldn’t be in it never knowing when women would stop coming out of the woodwork. It’s one thing to go to counseling over 1 affair, but 20!?!? Did he really think she would stick around & have to still see him after he so publicly humiliated her? I think she’ll be friends with his daughter once she’s 18 (she’s 17) & Halle can do it without having to see Eric (you know that was a condition). It’s true, living well is the best revenge and Halle looking better than ever with her fine, fine boyfriend and beautiful baby and named sexiest woman alive…BAM take that Eric, you’re a complete idiot. You had Halle, dam who else could you possibly have wanted fool?!?!?

You know Eric Benet (halle’s ex) actually said HE still believes in marriage. I guess so since he didn’t get cheated on. He said he isn’t any more a sex addict than any other man. How many men married to HALLE cheat with over 20 or 30 women? Jamie Foster asked him if he could be monogamous & he said yes. She didn’t ask him IF he was monogamous. His music was ok when he first came out, but now it’s crap and his cheating ass makes me not like him. He has no morals and if women marry men like their fathers then his daughter can thank him when she gets involved with somebody who cheats on her all over the place. He’s such a ass he’ll probably get mad about it when it’s his daughter, but won’t remember how he screwed over halle. Reminds me Eddie Murphy’s daughter probably has it coming to when she has a baby someday and the guy publicly to the media says we don’t know whose it is & then finds out it is his and looks like a fool. Tracy Edmonds was stupid too but it’s good she got out while she could cause he’s swinging both ways with Johnny Gill and Mel B. is still married and Babyface (Tracy’s ex) is still laughing his ass off at their commitment ceremony that never turned into a real marriage cause of the fight between the mothers in law. Now Tracy looks like bobblehead (big head too small body).

Halle had in-vitro. Documented on the Internet w/pix as well as pix of Aubry in NYC in June/July with Halle in LA when they were supposedly doing it 247–long distance conception that’s a new one. No picked up on it.
More of their media spin to their arrangement or relationship which ever side you want to believe. Will believe it when I see it.
Her supposedly buying a house for him /them (when he’s got one in Montreal)was to appease him. Buying a house isn’t the same thing ‘as we’re working on it/having more kids’. Maybe I am missing something here?
From the looks from the NYC pix, Nahla didn’t like being awakened from her nap nor wanted Aubry to hold her. Both child and in-vitro pop looked uncomfortable.
Even with the house, if true doubt Halle will live there long. C’mon we all know how she loves the attention.
A house doesn’t mean Aubry will be around more even if it’s in his native province/country and near his dysfunctional family (was in foster care, lived w/father when he was a teen).
He only appears when Halle needs/wants him to or when he feels like it. He’s only saying what Halle told him to say or being paid to say.
LA didn’t work even though he said he didn’t mind the commute etc. NYC while his career is mainly there, Halle only goes there if she has business there and has had a place there since her first marriage/early days in her career. Think they may have separate places unless she did get a place in Tribecca. Miami–you haven’t heard them going to his place there for awhile. Montreal think they stayed at his place or with family unless Halle wanted to do the hotel thing. Things haven’t worked well thus far. His career is still in NYC. The weekend commute from NYC to MTL is less taxing?
So, what makes either of them think this will work too–Halle’s doing it for all the wrong reasons-great if it’s for Nahla—it’s more for her to keep Aubry in the pix more since she must’ve changed her mind about if the guy who ever she ended up having a kid with stayed or not?
Gabe you still have to show up and do the deed, which is laughable when your hardly around. So much for him being a hands on Dad. Halle has nannies and her mother. Other than the NYC pix all of the other pix either the bodyguards or nanny has handled the child. Bet he hasn’t changed many of Nahla’s diapers or given her many baby bottles? He probably gets reports from Halle.
RE:Eric, sleazy yes. Definitely a karmic match between he and Manuela. He’s not a sex addict, Halle’s spin on him cheating on her. Funny coming from someone who slept her way to the top. She’s a perfect karmic match since Aubry’s a reflection of her environment. Her paying for mostly everything more than him is also her karma from when David Justice shelling out money from her racking up his credit cards/other taking other guys out for meals and buying them things.
Don’t buy Eric saying he hasn’t had contact with Halle since the divorce. They were known to be seen in 2005 right after the end of Ealy/pre-Aubry at some secret rendez-vous in the woods in Cali near where my friend has a place and Halle almost ran him off the road in her old White Range Rover trying to get back to LA. My friend told me that it was rumored that during their last triste that Halle first only hooked up with Aubry to get back at Eric when he laughed at her when she started talking about her new modeling (short lived) stint w/Versace. She got stuck and has tried to put up with Aubry’s many flaws–at least she’s got a kid out of the deal.
Do believe Eric probably hasn’t had much contact with Halle since her hooking up with Aubry and him hooking up with Manuela who looks frightening.
Doubt the rumors are true that he is the babydaddy when Gabe shot blanks just because some folks think Nahla looks like Eric & Halle’s mothers.Some people?Aubry doesn’t do it for me either. Think the man is ugly and too prissy. (not because he’s a model).
