Where I live, if you are caught with drugs on probation for another drug arrest, you go to jail.
You don’t get to pass GO or get off with two weeks of rehab. It’s the law. This ‘kid’ needs a kick in the ass and fast, and so does the judge.

If he were a normal everyday person, he would have had the "hammer" down on him already. because he is the son of a celebrity, he gets another stint at rehab, and for only 2 weeks? he was already on probation!
