Richard Gere has pledged funds to repair a road up to the Dalai Lama’s pad
in Dharamsala. A convert to Buddhism, Gere supports Buddhist causes and wants to help rebuild the road, which was damaged by storms last summer. I wonder if they’ll have to pick out the worms one by one when they’re rebuilding like in the film Seven Years in Tibet?
