Lindsay Lohan’s drunken Betty Ford 911 call released

fp_7060656_lohan_lindsay_excl_rij_22_32

Remember when Lindsay Lohan was in the Betty Ford Clinic and she and a couple of friends went out drinking one night, and when they got back to the clinic, an employee tried to get Linnocent to take a Breathalyzer and Linnocent flew into a drunken crack rage and smacked the hell out of the employee? Yeah. That actually happened. The employee was Dawn Holland, and she later sold her story and got fired from the Betty Ford Clinic, and she later dropped the assault charge against Linnocent after Mother Crackhead paid her off. The case was still open for a while, but the DA just decided this week not to press charges. So, on Friday, TMZ got their hands on the 911 made by both Linnocent and Dawn Holland. It is… fascinating. You can just hear Linnocent’s cracked-out histrionics and when Dawn gets on the line, you can still hear Lindsay squawking away in the background. It’s crazy.

Yeah… this just makes me really, really MAD. I’m not like “Oh, poor Lindsay, she was the innocent victim.” It’s clear that she wasn’t. It’s also clear that the Betty Ford Clinic didn’t release the whole story of this particular incident. If you remember, Lindsay’s explanation was always that she got a “pass” to leave the facility and get her hair done (like, at a hotel bar – for real). Dawn says to the Sheriff’s Department that Lindsay and the two other people “jumped the fence.” So… I was right about this all along. Lindsay broke the rules, and when someone called her out, she flew into a crack rage and attacked. And then Lindsay tried to do a pre-emptive strike by calling 911 herself and claiming that she was the (L)innocent victim. It’s pathetic and disgusting, and I can’t believe that Lindsay got away with this crap.

I am going to just be patient, because when it all comes back to her – all this crap she gets away with – it will not be pretty.

People can’t be this self absorbed, without it blowing up in their face.

  2. Cherry Rose says:

Put this bitch in jail, or even better, prison!

This girl really, really pisses me off. It’ll be glorious when she runs out of money and nobody cares about her anymore, and she says shit like, “I’m Lindsay Lohan!! I’m important!!” and people will reply “Who?”

  3. islandwalker says:

“What do want? Money?” That says it all doesn’t it? That’s exactly how she gets away with everything.

  4. Marytere says:

OMG… her face!! She looks like a zombie. So young and with that face; gross!!

  5. kai says:

LOL@ the police dude “Hello? Hello? Helllooo??”

  6. natalie says:

    lindsay looks like weathered handbag.

  7. Flounder says:

This is just awful. While I agree that she’s completely spoiled/disconnected from reality, it is 100% the parents’ fault.

  8. Madisyn says:

Kaiser, I know she cannot use it in the necklace trial. But can the DA in Los Angeles use this tape in the probation violation case?

  9. Madisyn says:

    @1 j

I am going to just be patient, because when it all comes back to her – all this crap she gets away with – it will not be pretty.

From your post, to God’s Ears!

  10. KO says:

is it lindsay in the beginning who’s supposedly crying to the officer?

after listening, i feel NO sympathy to what’s happening to her. she’s an entitled brat.

  11. Hakura says:

Island Walker“What do want? Money?” That says it all doesn’t it? That’s exactly how she gets away with everything.”

Exactly… Pretty much everything we expected, but for her to so obviously say that, up front…

Am I the only one here was a bit impressed with Dawn? I mean, all this screeching in the background, lying about what happened… PUSHING her. My God, I would’ve turned & beat her with the phone, just to shut her up.

  12. nikki says:

    “What do you want, money?”
Turns out the answer was yes….why can’t there be one person that doesn’t either get paid off by her or sell their story to the tabloids.

  13. javagirl1 says:

Entitled b!tch!! Pathetic and disgusting about sums her up.

  14. bluhare says:

Hakura: You aren’t the only one impressed by Dawn Holland. I think it’s too bad she sold the stuff to TMZ and took money from the Lohans, but then she’d just been fired and couldn’t work. I can cut her some slack.

I hope this tape can be a factor in something. Whether they can use it in her upcoming trial, probably not. But in her probation violation case? She refused drug testing, which a breathalyzer pretty much is, which is a violation of her probation on it’s own, right?

And I think they declined to press charges because her partners in crackinanigans won’t talk.

  15. DetRiotgirl says:

Wow. Just wow. I don’t even know what to say.

On the one hand, it infuriates me that she’s not in jail right now. She’s a selfish, entitled, delusional brat who has become worse than a waste of space.

On the other hand, I find her whole situation rather tragic. Her parents are both total whack jobs and Hollyweird really chewed her up and spit her out before she was even barely past 21. She’s an out of control mess and I think she will eventually either kill herself or (god forbid) someone else.

She’s so pathetic it’s almost not even worth hating her. Even though I wish she’d be put in jail and made to suffer for all her crimes, I sort of think that if there is a higher power he is already punishing her. Look at her face, her career, her whole miserable existence. She has no friends and a family who would sell her in a heartbeat for five dollars and a trip to Vegas. She’s… Ugh…

Quick, someone grab a thesaurus! Help me out here, is there a word for something more pathetic than pathetic? Because that is what Lindsay is.

  16. ordinarygirl86 says:

How fucking crooked is the DA’s office? Why is no one calling into question the actions of the DA and the whole system that continuously have allowed this girl to get her way. This whole thing is a SLAM DUNK because everything occurred while the sheriff was on the line!!!! (God bless Dawn because had it been me I would have calmly put the Sheriff on hold to beat the botox out of her face)

This shit wouldn’t fly with a non celebrity so why does Lindsay get a pass? My god she’s not even a celebrity but simply a highly publicized trainwreck! Any ounce of sympathy or pity I had for her is dead and gone- this has pisseded me off above and beyond….

  17. HotLatino says:

I love Lindsay, in my eyes she can do no wrong, that worker is just an attention wh*re who wanted to become famous. LiLo I love you!!! You were amazing in Machete!!

  18. cheaterssuck91 says:

Please someone lock this moron up she has gotten away with to much for to long maybe jail could slap some reality in her

  19. searching4grace says:

All I’m going to say, is that eventually, even O.J. got what was coming in the end.

  20. gloaming says:

I’m a bit confused folks. Is that definitely Lindsay on the phone at the beginning?

And who’s Kelly or is that Lindsay who seems to be tussling with the Betty Ford worker – Dawn Holland?

I heard Lindsay saying Do you want money, but apart from that……

The only person the Police seemed to be concerned with is Lindsay Lohan

This whole thing kicked off when Lindsay got back from the pub and refused a
    alcohol test?

    UGH help a bitch out!

  21. Kaiser says:

Gloaming – Linnocent at the beginning, then Dawn tries to take the phone away from LL, LL HITS Dawn with the phone and starts screaming, and Dawn yells back, and then Dawn gets on the phone and explains the situation.

  22. Kat says:

    Dead by 30.

  23. Hakura says:

@Nikki“Turns out the answer was yes….why can’t there be one person that doesn’t either get paid off by her or sell their story to the tabloids.”

Lindsay comits a crime, charges are filed, but then they jump on any opportunity to profit from the situation. Being so willing to turn around & use the case for financial gain really destroys any credibility they would’ve had. (A big reason she’s never held responsible.)

I kind of figured Dawn was looking at the way Lindsay has been treated by the justice system thus far. Knowing that Lindsay is never punished for anything, she likely wanted to get something out of this mess while she had a chance. It was still wrong to sell that info like she did, but part of me can’t blame her.

In the end, never facing consequences is only going to hurt Lindsay in the end.

  24. gloaming says:

    Thanks Kaiser.

    Now I have the visual.

    Double Ugh!

  25. Harper says:

Preemptive strike, just like her FATHER!!! OMG

  26. dovesgate says:

Ugh. Too bad Holland couldn’t resist defending herself against Lohans verbal vomit to the tabloids. She totally would have won her case.

Hopefully this can be used against her in her probation case.

  27. Devon says:

From what I got, LL called the Sheriff and Dawn picked up another phone to get in on the call. Linds being cracked out, rips the phone out of her hand and when Dawn tried to get a phone back Lindsay went mental.

This is probably what TMZ was talking about with it’s “damaging probation report” since Lindsay did break the rules by climbing over the fence thereby leaving without permission, coming back late, refusing a Breathalyzer, getting the law involved while in court ordered rehab, etc, etc.

  28. Madisyn says:

Can any lawyer/barrister answer the question:

I understand the DA cannot use it in the necklace trial. But can the DA in use this tape in the probation violation case?

  29. Susan says:

    Who?

  30. Marie says:

I refuse to listen to the tape as it will piss me off, I just know it will.

  31. lucy2 says:

Can’t wait to see how she tries to spin this one.
    What a horrible, horrible person.

  32. junipergreen says:

At this point I’m just amused with the fact that she is NEVER held accountable and that there will NEVER be any actual legal ramifications for anything she does. It’s just not gonna happen, guys. Time, time, and time again she gets right off the hook with little more than a scolding or slap on the wrist. At first it’s enraging, but now? Now I just sit back with my bucket of popcorn and watch it all predictably go down. No consequences for her. It’s like she’s got magic. Crack magic, but magic nonetheless.

  33. karen says:

she had to hold the battery in the phone while she talked to them b/c lindsey beat her with it…where are the witnesses to make this tape worth something since dawn (who YES was a saint during the call) was bought out?

  34. Liana says:

good lord, gollum certainly needs her precious, doesn’t she?

  35. Becca says:

LMAO @ Liana!! love it! 🙂

  36. Sarah Talks says:

I propose writing your frustrations to the D.A. in the case, if you’re truly pissed. I mean peopled rant online about this heifer and she’s in the news everyday but no one writes the D.A. to tell him what miserable cowardly s-it they think he is to continually drop charges. Enough of those kind of letters and he’d throw the book at Lindsay.

Let’s face it, she needs help and everyone is enabling her craziness. If someone in authority doesn’t intervene this could potentially have a bad ending, and I bet a lot of people would regret their persecution comments. Her life is a mess and so is she, and that’s sad. Hope she gets punished this time so she can work on her demons away from the limelight and Hollyweird.

She doesn’t even have a reality show but I feel like I’ve watched every episode and that’s sick. Especially since I haven’t seen her in a movie since I walked out in the first 5 minutes on the terrible remake of Freaky Friday, which was back in 2004 or something.

I was always deeply disturbed by the deep voiced freckled faced girl in the remake of that British movie, I think it was called Parent Trap or whatever. Then Lo and behold she’s famous after starring in 3 terrible remakes of classics. I never understood her fame so I never understand the intense deep hate people have for her.

I don’t like her either but people act like she’s special by giving her that much negative energy. It’s no wonder that she’s an entitled mess.

There are plenty no talent train-wrecks but you all chose her to be famous and rich. You guys are the ones that made her famous, long before she was a train wreck. You are the ones that gassed her head up and the reason she’s so narcissistic and delusional now.

If I got famous and was called beautiful after being a no-talent, weird looking, deep voiced little girl, I’d think I was amazing too.

I remember when she was in that remake of the talking car the media/people went on and on about how Lohan is so beautiful and a rising star. I didn’t get it, still don’t. To me she will always be they red headed little tomboy with a voice like Marge Simpson when she was just 11 years old.

You all told her she was special and better than the rest of us and she believed it, now you’re frustrated at the monster you created and fed with compliments. Well, do something about it if you’re really pissed. Write the judge.

  37. Crash2GO2 says:

Those squawks you here in the background are the sound of a Lohan circling the drain.

  38. Patti says:

That Betty Ford worker seemed incredibly unprofessional. I mean, it’s a REHAB, this is where you’re supposed to go through withdrawal. Freakouts come with addiction and withdrawal. This sort of stuff must happen daily. The correct response probably isn’t to yell at a patient and hurl insults at her. And you know there has to be a security staff on hand. Why not call one of them?

I’m no Lohan fan, but the “rehabilitation” seems piss poor to me.

  39. Pink Elephant says:

So, I have a theory. I know, I know…waste of brain activity, entertaining any serious thoughts on that trainwreck, but here goes all the same:

We assume that the people who accept the money from whichever undisclosed source (who keeps the Lohans in questionable cash) is corrupt. (If only they hadn’t allowed themselves to be bought off or wanted to profit, there would have been a case!) But how about approaching it from a different angle – what if these people are being threatened?

The time-tested offer is that you can do this the easy way and simply walk away with some money, or you can do this the hard way and have something – defamation, harm, counter sue – happen in turn. Dawn Holland was fired immediately, just for doing her job and sticking to her story. Maybe that was step one, more was threatened after, and she simply took the “easy way” to avoid further threats.

Personally, I wouldn’t be surprised if Lindsay is whoring herself to high end clientele who like the thrill of banging a movie star, even if she is washed out and cracked up. She’s probably much more pliable that way, willing to do ANYTHING for her “medicine.” Now why would any of those people want her taken out of commission?

  40. Pink Elephant says:

@ Patti – Just saw your comment. Here’s the thing, people are allowed to freak out in rehab, but Lohan was long, long past the point of detox at the point that this incident happened. Lohan snuck out without permission and then physically ASSAULTED a staff member.

If you or I did either of those things in a rehabilitation program, do you have any idea how quickly we would be tossed out on our butts? If we had a probation plan, we would totally be found in violation, and looking at doing time.

  41. baby says:

    LOL Liana!!! good call!!

  42. skeptical says:

What gets me is here we have lilo on Betty Ford property.. and she’s going “i’ve never seen this lady in my house before and she’s freaking me out”

please note lindsay calling it HER house even though it’s Betty Ford property and the staff have the right to come onto that property and do their jobs.

    so..
    1. lilo jumped the fence (broken rule)
    2. therefore she left without permission (again..broken rule)
    3. did NOT take the breathalyzer when she got back (rehabbers are always breathalyzed upon return, yes?)
    4. this was late at night.. when the probably-smaller night shift was on duty.. and all the good little rehabbers were actually OBEYING CURFEW.

at least with this released it’ll hopefully add to the bad PR and Lainey’s predictions will keep holding true.

  43. Isa says:

    @ skeptical #34:

Just curious: what are Lainey’s predictions on LiLo?

  44. skeptical says:

    @Isa
That lindsay is done. Hollywood is small and Hollywood replaces… and Lindsay never really showed her “Thing”. The “Thing” that only she could do. Other actresses can do it better and with less risk..
That there’s just no need for lindsay lohan anymore.
she just played nice kid/nice teen roles. She was reasonably cute, had decent timing, could play likable characters and spoke in a husky voice.
    That’s never been unique.

I’ve heard that Lainey was a publicist or something at some point? So she may have a few actual insider connections.. who knows?
I just hope Lainey is right.

  45. KLO says:

She looks at least 40 years old. This is sad.

  46. Paul says:

This is to Kaiser, the Cele-bitchy columnist:
You mention Lindsay preemptively calling the cops when SHE clearly knew that she, herself, was the one in trouble.
This is a classic ploy of true sociopaths, who are clever and know how to manipulate the system.
Where did Lindsay learn the ropes of being a good sociopath?
From none other than her “dad”, Michael.
Just last week Michael, himself, did the EXACT same thing that Lindsay did.
Michael got into a physical rage with his girlfriend last week and ,when he realized that she was going to call the cops on him, HE called the cops FIRST to say that SHE hit HIM!

Michael was charged officially last week with misdemeanor assault on a partner. Plus, his victim also got a restraining order on him, too.

Lindsay did the same trick with Dawn Holland.

Because no matter that the sociopath is charged with, they will say: “Of course I’m innocent. I called the cops first to complain!?”

Michael does this like second nature.
    So does Lindsay.
Calling the cops first after you’ve committed a crime is one of the oldest tricks in the book of sociopathic criminals.

    Like father, like daughter.

  47. The Truth Fairy says:

Well, according to TMZ Linds thinks the call vindicates her because ‘Very early in the call Dawn says, “Get ready to be sued”‘ and that is why Lilo responds with “What do you want? Money?”

Linds also thinks the call proves that Dawn was being aggressive and unprofessional, so says TMZ.

  48. the original bellaluna says:

Frankly, I think Betty Ford needs to be held accountable for ITS actions:

    * Absolutely no consequence to Blohan, who broke a lot of rules;

    * Firing Dawn, and acting like she was a vindictive former employee;

    * Denying her Worker’s Compensation claim.

No wonder she sold that sh!t – she’s gotta survive somehow, but she made the most obvious mistake: believing a Blohan would actually pay her off to keep her quiet.

  49. the original bellaluna says:

As for feeling sympathy for this walking, talking train-wreck, I haven’t had any for Blohan for a long, long time. She’s like this former frenemy of mine, who was just a really, God’s-honest nasty human being underneath what she tried to project to everyone else.

This former frenemy lies, cheats, and does whatever else is necessary to get what she wants. Every time I think she’s going to get her comeuppance, it never happens.

This bitch owns 2 homes; has a husband with guaranteed employment, retirement, and benefits; owns 3 cars (1 of which is a gas-hogging SUV); talks down to and treats her husband like a lap-dog; and is just an all-around nasty piece of work.

Still waiting for Karma. Or justice. Or what-goes-around-comes-around. Or SOMETHING! With Blohan and this other bitch.

  50. Samigirl says:

I like how she says shes “never seen her,” but she knew she was a tech. I’m curious as to how she knew?? It isn’t like a stranger would make them do that. Also, who cares if Dawn is “being rude to her?!” LILO- YOU AREN’T SPECIAL. AT ALL.

  51. wunderkindt says:

Dawn made a big mistake by taking the pay off. It just further enabled the entitled little pig!

  52. citysuede says:

@ordinarygirl – hahahah! beat the botox out of her. FUNNY!

if you haven’t been drinking, you don’t refuse a breathalizer. it’s that simple.

  53. Marjalane says:

To those of you who’ve commented on how unprofessional the Betty Ford clinic is: Yes, they are. The Betty Ford clinic does a good job with people who are READY and MOTIVATED to rehab. Otherwise it’s just a nice spa in the desert. The last thing they wanted was bad publicity from a “celebrity”. I can’t stand Lindsey Lohan, but Betty Ford needs to take a lot more heat than they have for this.

  54. annie says:

How could she possibly have any money left to pay off anybody? I just don’t get it. How is she getting income? She certainly has blown thru any money she made in the past

  55. Louise says:

I’m assuming that the phone call isn’t good evidence because anybody could say there was an assault. There were other witnesses so either they are not talking or backing Lindsay’s story. Which sounds really odd to me. To me it seems that she’s definately violated probation. I’m getting confused with all of her court hearings. Doesn’t she have a probation hearing coming or is that not an issue yet? I would think they would skip the whole jewelry case and get Lindsay on probation violation. That seems like a slam dunk.

Also I’m not buying the celebrity justice outrage. It’s Lindsay Lohan not Sandra Bullock. I can’t imagine anybody bending over backwards for her. Besides in the news you hear about people getting arrested for drunk driving or assault 5 or 6 times and never going to jail until they kill somebody. I think this is more about the system than celebrity.

  56. Ruby Red Lips says:

Does Lindsay realise that living is a much better option than death?!

I think Lindsay feels that she is like m Monroe, and will be remembered the same

However Lindsay will be remembered as a law breaking drug addict who hooked for money and wasted a golden opportunity, no way is it the same.

I think it’s far too late for Lindsay, she is def killing herself, god can u imagine the state of her internal organs?!

Until the courts throw her ass in jail, she ain’t changing and sadly will prob lead to her premature death. Dina obv doesn’t give a sh*t about her daughter, just wants a pay check. F’ing disgusting!

  57. Marie says:

@TheTruthFairy-I can’t stand TMZ or Radar anymore, they seem to cater to the Lohan’s and it makes me sick. They spin the stories around just like the Lohan’s and it’s never a Lohan’s fault..Not sure if Lindsay sends them crotch shots or what because it is always Lohan’s are victims or someone is just trying to cash in on her celebrity status. At least Kasier and CB keep it real! And Kasier I don’t care if Lohan sends you crotch shots do NOT, do NOT put those on here!

  58. jc126 says:

She’s disgusting. I think Dawn Holland got screwed in this whole thing.

  59. Susette says:

I understand the DA cannot use it in the necklace trial. But can the DA in use this tape in the probation violation case?

@Madison – That’s a great question. I’m not a lawyer, but I’ve known people on probation. Probation can be a very discretionary thing, so I would guess that they could use it. It really all depends on the exact wording of her probation requirements. However, if Betty Ford backs her up in that she did nothing wrong (they gave her a pass or she was a victim), they’d probably have to ignore it.

  60. Kim123 says:

I believe Dawn dropped her civil case after being paid off.

  61. Amanda says:

She looks awful, and so skinny again. Ugh! You’d think sobriety would bring her health.

  62. Ruby Red Lips says:

Amanda, sobriety would bring health, but it’s obvious that Lindsay is def not sober! Nor prob will ever be!

  63. gg says:

Wow, she looks like absolute HELL. I know over 50-year-olds who have less eye wrinkles than that.

  64. Hautie says:

    Has anyone else seen this?

    buzzfeed.com/akdobbins/lindsay-lohan-aging-timeline

Look at how drastic she has aged in the last decade.

Now I am beginning to wonder if her crackhead mother was the one who got her on the blow. To drop her ever so slight chubby face. (The year 2005 to 2006 is frightening.)

  65. Quest says:

It’s amazing that someone at such a milestone age has so much BAD luggage. She is uncontrolable and reckless. There are so many more deserving people out there waiting for the opportunities this crack-o-liar has gotten in her lifetime.

  66. Jackson says:

Wow. And LL thinks this makes *her* sound in the right. Unreal. When, when, when is this crackie going to be held accountable for her actions? That tape speaks volumes about LL.

  67. the original bellaluna says:

@ Hautie – I’ll check that one out. Here’s another link Kaiser provided in a previous story:

    http://www.stevenhumour.com/2009/10/21/dont-do-drugs-lindsay-lohan/

  68. Kate says:

Lindsay needs a “Boogie Down Bronx Beatdown!” I WISH that SKANK had talked to me like such…nevermind hit me with a phone! Trust me they would still be DIGGING THAT PHONE OUT OF HER MANGLED HEAD! IRISH MY ASS!!!” Bitch reaks SNANK!

  69. Madisyn says:

    @original bellaluna,

    OH!

    MY!

    GOSH!

If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear on millions of eight balls that that was NOT the same person.

  70. boo says:

OMG make it stop! I heard the 911 call and I can just picture Lohan getting all hysterical b/cause she got caught! What does she do? She does her crazy dance and calls the police and says she was “freaking out?” WTF, please just put her somewhere where we don’t have to look at what a mess she is making of her life. This girl actually had a career once, and now all she has is this shitty drama, and falling down after partying till 2:30 a.m. in NY? She does not get it. This will not end well. Mark my words.

  71. Chloeeeee says:

oh hell yes. i love that the tape ends with him asking if she wants to file charges and she says, “Yes, I think I do.”
You KNOW that moment was sweet.

  72. jasmine says:

poor poor little girl. its called karma and its a b#$%h.i actually feel bad for her.when her crap finally hits the fan,its gonna be ugly!

  73. Hakura says:

@Sarah Talks“You are the ones that gassed her head up and the reason she’s so narcissistic and delusional now….You all told her she was special and better than the rest of us and she believed it, now you’re frustrated at the monster you created and fed with compliments.”

It’s pretty unfair to make such a blanket statement of accusation. I understand where you’re coming from, but I disagree that *we* are the one’s at fault for the state of Lindsay’s life (& many of us have never supported any aspect of her career. I truly believe her parents are by far the most responsible.

@Pink Elephant“Lohan snuck out without permission and then physically ASSAULTED a staff member.”

I agree. The *context* in which she ‘freaked out’ is also very important. It was because she knew she was about to get in trouble for something she did wrong, (which was going to cause her to lose her priviledges, & screw up her probation.) It was a hissy fit, not a ‘freak out’. The employee was just following the rules, but Lindsay tried to sound ‘persecuted’.

@The Original Bellaluna“Still waiting for Karma. Or justice. Or what-goes-around-comes-around. Or SOMETHING! With Blohan and this other bitch.”

It WILL happen eventually… but it’s unfortunate that karma can take it’s sweet time. I only hope that we’re around to see it happen (both in Lindsay’s case, & your frenemy’s.)

  74. NicoleAM says:

That call shows what a screwed up disgusting person LL is. I hope they throw her ass in the chokey. Stupid move not taking the plea, although we could all end up eating our words if they let her skate.

  75. Shelley says:

@marjalane, while I have no respect for Betty Ford, I think a person must come to rehab wanting to change – no power on earth, let alone a short stint at a luxury spa, can make you change.

  76. Eleonor says:

    @original bellaluna:
    Is that the same person?
The colour of the skin, the expression.
    No word.

    @Kaiser

I’ve tried to post on the Rimes’ thread a couple times this week-end and my comments disappear. They don’t even show up as being moderated. Is there are problem or have I been banned for some reason?

@Rita“I’ve tried to post on the Rimes’ thread a couple times this week-end and my comments disappear.”

I’ve been having the same issue, along with being unable to edit my comments (if I notice something right after submitting it) for a couple days. But I assumed it was something to do with my computer (or ‘settings’) I haven’t changed anything, so I’m not sure how to fix the issue. >.<

ok , these links to the lindsay pics – the ones showing her transformation… i have a question:
did anyone notice how her one of her eyebrows is way higher than they used to be? is that something that becomes more pronounced when u lose weight/ as u age? cuz one my eyebrows is like that, and im scared that in 10 yrs they will look like lindsays. i mean, coke and crack and booze dont move ur freaking eyebrows right????
i know everyone blames paris’ wonky eye on bad botox/fillers but i totally have it. it shows in pics. Lainey does too, or so she says, i dont get E!canada!

  80. the original bellaluna says:

@ Madisyn & Eleonor – I know, right? It’s amazing how much damage she’s done to her face, skin, and body. Those pix look like something you’d see at a 40th or 50th reunion; like the “Senior” picture and the “Senior Citizen” picture. WOW!

    @ becky – No worries, love. 🙂

It looks like maybe there was some cosmetic surgery/procedure. Or maybe she thinks she looks “artsy” with one eyebrow raised.

And Paris’ wonk-eye is something I’m willing to bet she’s had since birth. I’ve never heard of bad botox/fillers giving anyone a wonk-eye – and I live in SoCali (for the next 2 days).

Wow, @Hautie…. that link you posted was truly horrifying. I think that was my first experience of something like sympathy for Lohan.

  82. Crash2GO2 says:

Mornin’ Hakura and Rita! I had the same problem with the Leann thread. I say it’s been tainted with evil is all. 😈

@DetRiotgirl: Quick, someone grab a thesaurus! Help me out here, is there a word for something more pathetic than pathetic? Because that is what Lindsay is.

‘Sociopath’ is the word you are looking for I believe. Should we feel sorry for sociopaths? I don’t think so. It seems they are born this way (like father like daughter) and society needs to be protected from them. Their actions have repeatedly put others’ lives in danger.

  83. Annie says:

@55 Louise – Agreed, as much as I can’t stand Lielo I don’t think it’s “celebrity justice” that’s the problem here. She really isn’t ‘famous’ for anything other than these legal woes and hasn’t been for the past 6 years or so. Besides, I’m always hearing about non-celebs who got away with a slap on the wrist for relatively minor stuff time and time again and only had to face prison time once they did something horrific. It’s a sad fact that the people who are capable of commiting the worst crimes are usually those very people who are best at getting away with things.

The reason Lindsay gets away with more than some others seem to is that she has an enormous sense of self-entitlement which makes her very good at working the system. This girl is no amature; she works every trick and loophole in the book like a pro. Look at how she turns everything around to make it look like it’s her victim’s fault, like this well-timed 911 call and also how she tried to smear the jeweler she stole from by saying the store was just out for publicity and the necklace was worthless anyway. I think being in the spotlight from a young age has magnified/worsened these tendencies in her but looking at the family she comes from she’d have probably been a lazy self-entitled brat anyway.

  84. becky says:

well rumor has it Lindsay wants to move back to the east coast, right? hummm…. is she aware in NY we don’t have that jail overcrowd LA issue that allows convicted criminals to serve more or less 1/5 of your sentence (not sure the exact percentage)? Plus, had she pulled that crap with the coke and the car in NY, she would’ve been punished way harsher. i can’t wait for her to try and pull that shit in NY.
actually, she probably is aware. shes cracked out and crazy but clever and sneaky. especially when it come to committing crimes. and getting high.

@CRASH2GO2“Quick, someone grab a thesaurus! Help me out here, is there a word for something more pathetic than pathetic?”

*Pulls up the ever handy ‘Thesaurus.com’. Synonyms for ‘Pathetic’. Commiserable, deplorable, miserable, paltry, pitiful, worthless, wretched. (Just to name a few).

Good afternoon!! (At least where I am) I think you’re right about the evil permeating the story itself. xD Or perhaps the page was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of replies the topic received.

@Annie” I think being in the spotlight from a young age has magnified/worsened these tendencies in her but looking at the family she comes from she’d have probably been a lazy self-entitled brat anyway.”

I really agree with you. You pretty much nailed the reality of what Lindsay has been doing for years. While becoming a ‘celebrity’ no doubt provided her with more opportunities to pull these stunts (with bigger & better loot), she would no doubt have been doing the same thing as the ‘average’ person, just on a much smaller scale.

Someone else mentioned that Lindsay demonstrates the same sociopathetic tendencies as her father. So it makes sense to assume she would have always had these problems, celebrity or no.

  86. hayl says:

dead in two years. calling it.
and whats sad is that the media will call her a troubled young actress whos talent was crushed by drugs or something, which sucks because she was never a good actress to begin with. hell, at this point she isnt even an actress anymore. just a trashed famous bitch.

  87. Katija says:

I bet if she would dye her hair back to red her public approval would jump 20%… I never thought that a hair color could make someone look SO desperate, but Jeeze Louise, does it ever… (Not to mention the fact that it makes her look old as hell. The top photo makes her look like she could be my mother, and I’m about five years older than she is.)

  88. Emily says:

Looking at the pics of her in the pink top, I think she’s got a pretty good career playing zombies ahead of her. Jesus, she’s my age. Ugh. This is why I smoke pot and not crack.

  89. Tammi says:

She use to be so pretty, what happened?

  90. sapphire says:

@28 (sorry, I can’t see the name) re beat-down’s effect on probabtion-
Since there’s no formal charge, it’s not technically a breach or the terms and conditions of probation. However, following your rehab’s rule is a condition, along with the other stuff, like curfew violations.

I’m not sure about California, but most states have a pretty voluminous PO report to submit when there’s a question of violation. And you can’t unring the bell. Not a chance in the world that the sitting judge doesn’t know about it. That’s why I’d kill to get a copy. And I don’t think TMZ or Radar have one either-they are too busy making mountains out of molehills.

  91. anonymous says:

She Always looks great what the heck dam you all act like youre supermodels or something??

Arent people allowed to have a day where they’re tired exhausted and just stressed whatever the case is?? i mean she is followed 24 hours a day??
    People are soo vicious!

Yes shes a spoiled brat and the media attention is overkill and annoying but sheesh give the girl a break! She cant even take a crap without getting judged!

  92. stephen ammerman says:

Leave that poor girl alone already…. I have been in the program for nine and a half years and i know she is struggeling….

  93. Thea says:

Lindsay is never going to take sobriety serious until she completely changes everything. You cant go to clubs, hang with enablers, steal or whatever else she does. I think her parents are two of the most pathetic people I have heard heard about. The emotional scars they have placed on this girl is worse than a beating in my opinion. Until she cuts her ties, takes sobriety seriously and admits she truly has a problem she is never going to get well. I worked in Recovery for two years and when you sneak out of the facility and have all the comforts of going out and shopping and etc. you are not focusing on recovery. She keeps returning back to her enablers, and the moving beside Samantha Ronson didnt help. She needs to get serious, go into a real rehab program and not the country club. Getting clean isnt pretty and it isnt easy. But neither is the alternative.

  94. T says:

Fire Dawn. She’s not gonna help anyone. I’d climb the wall and get drunk too if I had do be around that lady.
