I don’t know if this video is going to be up much longer, it seems like YouTube has already pulled a few down. So enjoy it while you can – Lady Gaga busting her ass on stage in Houston. Yes, the piano is on fire. And yes, she’s wearing crazy boots. Apparently, Gaga was trying to “jump off” the piano (this according to random reports), but on the video is looks more like she was trying to straddle the piano with one foot, and the stool with her other foot, and she just lost her balance. Meh.
It is kind of amazing that she didn’t really hurt herself, though. And that she was able to continue singing, even when she was flat on her ass. Does this kind of public klutz moment bother a crazy control freak like Gaga? Probably. But everybody has klutz moments, and if I was walking in Gaga’s crazy shoes, I would have klutz moments every five minutes.
In other Gaga news, her new music video for “Judas” has already been shot, and apparently even the rumors of what happens in the video is enough to get the Catholic Church up in arms. JUST LIKE MADONNA and “Like a Prayer.” Read more about it here, at Gawker.

the bitch is amazing. that was a hard ass fall and she barely skipped a beat. if you notice, her belly didn’t even move…she is made of hard ass muscle and she really does give it all to her fans.

As annoying as she is you’ve got to respect that she really puts on a show, isn’t lip synching, and is dancing her ass off. The important thing isn’t that she fell on her ass but that she got her ass back up.
She is a very passionate and dynamic entertainer. Too bad I do not like her pop style nor her fashion nor her messages etc— but I definitely respect her as the ambitious ‘artist’ she is. Looks like she puts on incredible shows!

She handled the fall great. I’ve always been surprised Gaga doesn’t fall more. I’ve only seen once at the airport and here. But with the shoes she wears one day she’s going to snap her ankle or leg in a fall. It’s just a matter of time.
Yes I’ll praise her work ethic, ambition, that she sings live – but the bottom line is this is just weak pop music suprisingly soulless and forgettable. Gaga would like to inhabit the grand stage that the great bands/guitar gods of the 60s/70s inhabited, but the cultural setting, the persona she’s created, and the songs, etc. are all lacking. Despite her good traits, her music is just forgettable and I doubt it will be played 20,30 years from now.

She is so amazing. How she kept that mic near her face while falling and how her singing voice never changed while her body impacted the hard floor is beyond me. I think she is magical, at one point when she was crawling the mic was away from her face and she still sounded the same. I’m in awe!!! She is SO amazing……… Not!

Much as she annoys me on a regular basis, even I have to admit being impressed that she A) didn’t end up with a concussion, B) She managed not to miss a beat, even falling on her ass in the most obvious way.
But I do agree that she’s been a Madonna copycat of late. I didn’t think there was anything wrong with ‘Born This Way’ as it was totally obviously paying homage to Madonna… But once was enough, twice or more is biting someone’s style.
