Here is the June cover of Lucky Magazine, with Photoshopped cover girl Fergie. I used to have some respect for Fergie, but she has killed it over the course of the past year or so. From her marriage to cheating douche Josh Duhamel, to her constantly jacked, tweaked and plucked meth face, to this week’s bridal disaster at the Met Gala, I’m totally over Fergie. So let’s see what she has to say in Lucky:
On why she loves performing: “I like to take on different personas. For me, it’s just playtime. All my life, I’ve loved to wear costumes and create characters.”
On getting her washboard abs: “It’s funny because abs are one of the most difficult parts for me. I jog and jump rope; if you concentrate on holding your abs in the whole time, you can really see the difference.”
On letting her friends shop her closet: “One of my bedrooms is filled with clothes, and when people come over, I give them a trash bag and a glass of wine, then say, ‘Go!’”
On why she likes platform heels: “Platforms are my favorite heels for the summer because they give you a long leg. I like to wear tall heels so when my husband, Josh, kisses me, I don’t have to stand on my tiptoes.”
More on high heels: “I like to wear them myself to show people how it’s done,” the singer says about the heels in her funky footwear lines.
On perfume: “I like to spray Outspoken—my perfume by Avon—on my hair. That’s a trick I learned from [Los Angeles club promoter] Pantera Sarah a long time ago. It makes the scent last longer.”

I’ll admit, I spray perfume in my hair too, and it does make the scent last longer, so that is a good tip. I just got some new perfume too, and I love it! I won’t even bother recommending it, though, because I bought it on sale at Victoria’s Secret, and it was on sale because it’s being discontinued. Yes, I wear $5 perfume. Because I’m CLASSY. I used to wear essential oil that you could by for $2 or $3!

The magazine cover has photoshopped her jacked up face so much that it’s a far cry from the real look.
Don’t like perfume in the hair. I do put it behind the earlobes and wrist.

Kaiser, if you’re an Indian girl, do NOT put perfume in your hair! It’s extremely drying, and it turns my hair into a halo of frizz whenever I’m mad enough to try.

Photo shopped to the point she looks like Fergie circa 2006… Also you can barley make you her nose on the cover, but I’m not sure thats a bad thing. She really looks like crap in close ups.

I’d rather wear oils or a mist than some of the perfumes out there. Ugh. I especially like bath and body works new Dark Kiss! Mmmm…berries! LOL I can’t decide if I like Fergie or not. One day she’s Crazy Denial Diva Bitch, and the next she seems normal with normal issues. Maybe we’ll like her 2012 face better.

Yep, perfume is notoriously drying, it’s full of alcohols, remember? You’re very lucky if it doesn’t dry out your hair! I have a Chanel hair mist that does a really good job, and I really wish I could use all of my perfumes similarly.
PS Your affection for Prince Hot Ginge is starting to scramble my brains. I was so firmly convinced he was a horrible racist prick, but you keep posting pictures of him with wee kiddies and puppies and I don’t know what to do with myself now.

Her face always looks old and “hard” to me – I think that once upon a time she was pretty but that time has passed.
Since any and all perfumes give me migraines, I am very glad I am not near her nor the posters here who wear perfume – sorry guys, it causes me extreme pain.
That dress is HORRIBLE – this woman has terrible taste in clothes.

I had an ex boyfriend who thought she was hot, and I was always really confused by it. It’s not her fault, but I think she looks mannish and the new surgery she got didn’t really help her cause. Maybe he just meant her body though, cause she does have a nice figure.

Hey, there’s nothing wrong with liking a cheap perfume. My very favorite perfume of ALL TIME is from a set I bought at Target, back when I was in middle school. (By Bonne Bell, called ‘Bottled Emotions’…Each scent had an ‘emotion’ & ‘color’.) They barely cost $3 each…. They were discontinued more than 10 years ago, but every now & then I’m lucky enough to find someone selling them on ebay.
My second favorite is ‘Lilu’ from Pac Sun (Like, $11 a piece). I swear I can’t win, that one had been discontinued too. (But they brought it back temporarily).

LOL! Nothing wrong with $5 perfume, Kaiser (as long as you don’t smell cheap and tacky)!
I sometimes wonder if the celebrity in question ever picks up a Photoshopped image of herself on a magazine cover and thinks, “Wow! If only I really DO look like this!” and then gets her assistant to make an appointment at the clinic the next day!
