E. Pierce Marshall, who fought Anna Nicole Smith in court for the right to his father’s riches, has died at the age of 67.

Anna married 89 year-old J. Howard Marshall, who left a $1.6 billion estate in 1994 at the age of 26. She met the 89 year-old Marshall when she was working the day shift as a stripper. The old codger would come in days when he was awake. Although the tips weren’t as good as the night shift, Anna hoped to cash in big time with a sham marriage. She’s still clinging to that hope.
