Actor Mickey Rourke turned down roles in Pulp Fiction, Rain Man, and Platoon, lost his home and second wife, Carrie Otis, and suffered a career slump.

He said he went into therapy nine years ago and still goes once a week. Rourke may have had a career slump, but he did get paid $100k in cash – delivered in a paper bag – for his role in Vincent Gallo’s “Buffalo 66.”
