I have heard several interviews with Mark Wahlberg and he always comes across as an arrogant, obnoxious, humorless prat. His comments don’t surprise me at all. He has a remarkably huge ego for someone with his mediocre claims to fame.

Andy’s skit was dead on and pretty damn funny. I’ve watched a few time.

“Hi Donkey. You’re a donkey right? I like that. You eat apples? I produce Entourage.”

I thought Mark’s response was funny, but damn, he seems really pissed about it. I’m not sure if he’s just kidding or what, but he came across as really angry about it to me. I don’t think the skit diminishes Mark Wahlberg in the least – I still think he’s a pretty good actor and I enjoy his movies. I don’t think he’s a meathead. The skit was so funny (to me anyway) because the impersonation was so spot-on, down to the tone of his voice. It’d be a shame to let a stupid skit piss you off so much.

I agree with Wahlberg, SNL hasn’t been funny in a loooooong time and the Samberg skit was not the least bit funny or entertaining. Rather stupid, I thought!
