These photos of Miranda Kerr and her six-month-old son Flynn at LAX on July 4 prove several things all at once:
1. Miranda is still breastfeeding. I mean… my goodness.
2. Miranda + Orly Bloom = adorable babies.
3. Baby Flynn is ridiculously cute, amazingly chubby, absolutely gorgeous and he seems deliriously happy.
4. Baby Flynn doesn’t like shoes. I didn’t either when I was a baby! Some babies just don’t care for shoes.
5. Getting Miranda Kerr pregnant is the best, most interesting thing Orlando Bloom has ever done. Sorry, LOTR-lovers. It’s true.
Meanwhile, Miranda covers the new issue of Australian Cosmo, and the only interesting thing was Miranda’s confession that she’s been drinking Tahitian “Noni juice” since she was 14 years old – it’s some sort of obscure Asian fruit drink.
Going back to Orly – have you guys seen the trailer for The Three Musketeers? Orly is… um… er… his hair! Oh, bless his heart.

I just love the whole Miranda, Orlando, Kerr-Bloom, Flynn-Flying Kerr-Bloom thing. They are all so cute and seem very happy. Miranda has a small head but such a pretty face. Love all of them. Stay happy!!!!!

Saw the trailer for The Three Musketeers in the theaters this weekend. I hope I am wrong but it looks baaaad. Wasn’t the last remake of TTM back in the 90′s with Keefer Sutherland and Charlie Sheen? That was so long ago I think Charlie actually had teeth.

The WHO recommends breastfeeding for one year, if possible. Unfortunately I was only able to BF my son for a month. He is totally healthy in every way, but I still feel bad about it
Anyway, Flynn is ADORABLE!!

I breastfeed for a year, but have to admit that 50% was for my baby, 50% just to avoid getting up early to prepare the bottle! right amount + perfect temperature + available at any time!

Noni does wonders for immune system and is good to drink even if you have no health problems: helps you cells build up. I’ve been drinking it for a while now. Not tasty, and not quite cheap but good. Baby is sooo cute.

I hate the Noni fruit also know as cheese or vomit fruit, smells and is not that pleasant but it does wonders medically, very potent and not recommended for pregnant women.

@Bodhi: I was adopted so breastfeeding wasn’t an option but I turned out tall, healthy and quite intelligent (if I do say so myself).
I can understand missing the bonding part but try not to feel too guilty about the other parts.

I breastfed my son for 14months, and am still nursing my 6 1/2 month old. The teeth are killing me, but I’m also too lazy (and cheap) to make bottles, and think the regulations on formula are way too lax (rat droppings? pesticides? really??). But, I also thinking breastfeeding your 2-5yr old is kinda creepy, so I drew the line at talking.

What is UP with Matthew Macfadyen’s career? He was so great in the 2005 Pride & Prejudice with Keira Knightley … I have that on DVD and have seen it a few times, and his performance really impresses me every single time. Then he put on a little weight and seemed to sorta disappear from American movies, at least (he did some BBC TV dramas, and maybe he’s on cable, too?) and now he’s in this?? You can do so much better, Matthew. Seriously, so much better!

I don’t really like this re-imaging/ steampunking The Three Musketeers. I also hate how in some historical dramas all of the characters are supposed to come from the same place (country/time period), but like all the actors have different accents. Either make them all have English accents or American accents or whatever accent the country they’re pretending to be from sounds like.

The WHO recommends a MINIMUM of 1 year. 2 is optimal (maybe even longer), some people can not breastfeed however that number is LOW. I didn’t breastfeed my children for 2 years because it was convenient, easier, or in some way about me. It is simply the best for any child. Glad to see another celebrity mom who’s proud to be a breastfeeding mama. The family is gorgeous.

I breastfed my older 2 for 2 yrs each; the baby quit after 13 months. It’s the best thing for baby (I’m not mainlining tequila and/or painkillers – after all, I’m not a Lohan!) and none of my little ones would take a bottle or drink formula! Sometimes, baby makes the decision for you.

Oh mums don’t beat yourself up over whether you can breastfeed or not, or how long you’re able to do it for. Sometimes you just can’t and through no fault of your own. Don’t feel guilty about it. Babies need nourishment whether it’s breastmilk or formula. Being over-anxious about breastfeeding can contribute to post-natal depression and anxiety. Giving your baby a bottle won’t make you a bad mum.
