That can really take its toll on a marriage. They are separated now, though, and both can be with whomever they want. That said, I think Madonna could learn a lot from Tina Turner. Turner, who is 20 years older than Madonna, still puts on a dynamite show, but has a very quiet home life with a record producer she has been with for around 20 years.
