My friends who have had to deal with her and have met her all say the same thing. They say she's just incredibly rude and arrogant. The whole "don't you know who you're dealing with" bit. I am apathetic on her voice/career. I'm just telling you want everyone who she has nothing to gain from has pointed out. I'm sure she's nice to her fans as they pay for her lifestyle. She's not dumb.
