Another day, another breakup story for Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz. Us Weekly reports today that Camy and A-Rod are over, confirming the split with a quote from one of Alex’s friends. Just my opinion? Alex and Camy have been over before, and somehow, they’ve managed to get back together. They split up last year, around November, and then again this year, in early summer. I think their relationship is tumultuous, and I think Alex is the one trying to dump Cameron, but he can’t quite manage to end it. Until now?
They’ll always have Mexico — and Miami, London, NYC and L.A.
After a year back together, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez have ended their romance.
“They broke up recently,” a source close to the Yankee slugger, 36, confirms to Us Weekly.
The duo’s low-profile love was marked by beach getaways and intense workouts together. So what got in the way? Their work ethic!
“She’s very busy with her career,” the source says of Bad Teacher actress Diaz, 39. “And he’s had injuries and wants to focus on his game. They’re dedicated professionals.”
Accordingly, don’t expect any drama in the wake of their split. “They’re still very friendly and like each other,” the source says. “He has an enormous amount of respect for each other.”

Meh. Hopefully, Cameron is over it. I mean that too – I really hope that Cameron realizes that Alex is a douche (with a painting of himself as a centaur over his bed), and that she could do much better. But Camy does had issues with men, and… well, maybe she’s not the best judge of dong. Maybe Cameron is just tired with all of the extra workouts Alex “encouraged” her to do so that she would have the bodybuilder-figure that he loves so much.

Well he WAS seen with another woman in Baltimore the last time the Yankees had a series there … If they get back together again it will be pointless.

Just a guess, but she’s away promoting her movie and isn’t there to comfort him while he’s laid up with yet another injury.
I don’t find him even mildly attractive… but I also don’t think she could do better. Not in the entertainment business anyway. She’s gotten soooo hard looking. Her face is just sad. She looks so much older than she actually is.
She is not aging well. I didn’t realize just how poorly until the other day when I was watching one of her movies from ten years ago.
Her nose is different. I keep looking at her in Mask.. its the nose.
Sorry tohear that they broke up. They seemed perfect for each other.
I think she could do better, get someone nicer. Also, I think she looks fine. Its refreshing to see an actress aging pretty naturally.

Listen, he’s not staying with anyone. He’ll just wait for the next one in line. She’s had her share of one after the other, too. Both will move on and then move on again. Maybe they’re both looking for short term relationships, or don’t take any one relationship too seriously. Personally, he seems unappealing with his track record alone. Cam just seems to be okay with changing partners often.
