Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas haven’t been doing many red carpet appearances ever since Catherine’s rehab stay in the Spring for her bipolar disorder. Which is fine – Catherine seemed like she needed some rest, and needed to be out of the spotlight for a while, and let’s face it, she’s not one of these up-and-coming starlets who can’t go a week without walking some red carpet, just because the starlet is terrified that everyone will forget about her. Zeta is a star, and she knows it. She can take time off and still be A-list.
So these are photos of Catherine and Michael at the LA benefit called “A Fine Romance”. The night benefited the Motion Picture and Television Fund, and lots of stars were out, including Anne Hathaway and Matthew Morrison. Zeta performed “Send in the Clowns” and she wore this silver-grey gown that I’m guessing is either Elie Saab or Versace – I’m leaning more towards Versace, just because of the “starburst” beading, which is common in Versace gowns. She looks great – it looks like she’s gained a little weight too, and it looks really good on her. Her boobs look bigger – but I‘ve been wondering for months now if Zeta didn‘t get a boob job. As for Zeta’s face… you know she’s “42” right? I don’t think she’s had any massive surgery, but I do think she’s had fillers put into her cheeks. And they look uneven too. Budget!

I’m not sure about the fillers. A few of us females (dads side) have uneven cheek structure (as if puffiness on one side, but not puffy just how it s). Unfortunately it’s very noticeable in my photos & one out of a set of twin cousins..especially the older we get). 46 and I don’t have wrinkles, most women in my family don’t and I’m in the sun a lot (Catherine I’m sure isn’t w/ her complexion). I think the gray gown looks gorgeous on her). She’s beautiful! So glad her and Michael really seem to care for each other and both stood by each other thru the medical issues…:)

She looks gorgeous! I love the dress. The only thing I don’t care for – and I see them alot on all kinds of celebs – are the false eyelashes. In my opinion, they make the eyes look strangely unnatural. But she overall looks awesome!

I think she looks stunning – much better than I have ever seen her look. As far “tweaking goes,” I’d say that overall she is more conservative with fillers and botox than most people here in LA. She also looks very happy, and considering what she and Michael have gone through in the past couple of years, I would say that’s wonderful news (and probably part of the reason she looks so beautiful).

i don’t know, i’ve known about her since i was a kid (she was The Darling Buds of May…such great humor!; i think she’s a great actress-unfortunately, i think HW hasn’t made use of her talents in full, and i love the fact that she’s a pretty, (to me) natural looking brunette. That’s a rarity in HW today.
oh, and her boobs were always this way, i think. They were always “just right”, even when she was 15 years younger.

She’s not a favorite of mine, but she looks amazing. Michael does too, if a bit underweight still. I noticed the patch thing too – it must be photoshop though because why would she wear a patch to an event?

I’m her age or the age she claims to be. I have very similar coloring and have fewer wrinkles than she does. I’m guessing she is only lying by about 5 years but what wrinkles she has are like someone said above smokers wrinkles. The beauty of olive and darker skin.
As an aside I just saw Vivica Fox in my work building and she looks stunning and she admits to being older than I am.

No, not 42 try 52, there was an item a few years ago in a UK mag or paper where a flight check-in attendant took note of the real birthdate on her passport. There was also a kerfuffle at the White House a couple of years ago when their security picked up that she had given the wrong birthdate to their security people and she was asked to ‘please explain’.
For 52 she looks amazing, her dress sense is usually very classy, she rarely puts a foot wrong.

Oh Poppy, those are such tired old blind items! Honestly, she says that she was born in 1969, which means that she went to kindergarten in 1974. Unless she paid off everyone, if she was born in 1959 there should be a lineup from here across the Atlantic of people who went to kindergarten with her in 1964 clamouring as to her real age. There isn’t such a lineup, so I don’t give any credence to those stories about the secret service and all.
However, I do think that she has had some work done, and I think that she should shop for a makeup artist that is not addicted to those dreadful false eyelashes, but I would give my right arm to have looked like her when I was 42!

I think she is a bit older than what she claims, but not by so much as some of the blind items say. I reckon she’s around 45/46. She’s still gorgeous though and aging very well. She’s got great features and bone structure.

I think she’s really 42. I mean, her first role was in a french movie in 1990, and I remember the papers back then said she was 20 (I’m French, and I was 16 in 1990 so I was hungry of gossips about actors and all…).
I don’t think there was a conspiracy about her age in 1990 !!! She wasn’t even famous…. (but she attracted attention because of her sexy looks).
And, you must admit, she doesn’t look that much older than Courtney Stodden, who is 17

I think she looks her age because of all the stress and trauma she suffered recently. Pain can make you age hell of a lot (heartbreaks too !).
