We’ve avoided writing about Lindsay Lohan for more than two weeks. Have you noticed? Did you care? At first it wasn’t a conscious choice, there just weren’t any good new stories or photos of her. And then it became a thing – I made the choice to not write about her. My rationale to CB was “Let’s wait until she screws up again, because it’s inevitable. This is the calm before the crack storm.” Well, I’m happy to say that I’m breaking my Linnocent Embargo, but not for a bad story about her. According to TMZ, LL is actually doing really well with her community service work. Of course, this is only the first month – (crack)baby steps.
Maybe structure is exactly what Lindsay Lohan needed — because TMZ has learned she’s not only on pace to complete her court-ordered stints at the morgue … she’s WAY ahead of schedule.
Law enforcement sources tell us … Lohan has already completed 10 of her 12 required morgue duty shifts — impressive considering she still has another THREE WEEKS to spare.
In fact, we’re told Lindsay doesn’t just plan to knock out the remaining two shifts by the Dec. 14 deadline — but she also wants to get a head start on the hours she has to complete by her 2nd status hearing.
Law enforcement tell us … Lindsay has a pretty damn good reputation at the morgue — polite, hard-working and never complains about the work.
Judge Sautner had said her sentence essentially put the keys to Lindsay’s freedom in her own hands — and at this point, it looks like she’s making the most of her opportunity to stay out of the clink.

My new prediction is that LL will be able to do her morgue work for this month, perhaps even next, but that the structured time will not be her friend in the long run. After all, in about a month LL is going to want to go somewhere for New Year’s, right? Maybe Ibiza, maybe St. Bart’s, maybe France. And she’s going to have to get back to “work” – meaning hustling and ho’ing. She is an “actress” and an international call girl, after all. That’s right, folks, co-workers got so disgusted with LiLo’s lazy ways and hoity-toity manner they decided: Let’s scare her to death!
“Lindsay has a real attitude – always acting like she’s better than anyone else and spending much of her time taking cigarette breaks,” confided a volunteer who’s worked with her.
“She speaks to no one unless she has to, and mopes through the work she’s assigned, like mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and washing dirty sheets.”
Fed-up workers bought the rubber hand, stashed it in a trash bin where Lindsay would be working, waited outside the room – then exploded with laughter when Lindsay exited screaming. Said the source: “When one of the volunteer organizers told Lindsay that someone had planted the phony hand as a joke, she was furious and ranted, ‘I can’t believe anyone would think this was funny! I’m going to give her credit today. Maybe her work at the morgue is keeping her away from all her enabling parasites, i.e. mom, dad, friends, and this could lead to a turn in her life. I doubt it but would be a good thing if true.

I doubt the prank is true but I do believe the attitude problem. Didn’t she say working at the women’s shelter wasn’t rewarding. But at least Lindsay is attending. It’s weird she would rather work at a morgue than a shelter.

She didn’t choose the morgue. Two women’s shelters refused to take her. The first for screwing up then the second for being a bad example.

I’m a bit shocked by how nasty some of the comments here are. I’m also baffled by the total impartiality of these posts… I understand that Lohan and her family aren’t exactly likeable, but neither are many famous people who get a free pass in this site, for doing much worse things.

I don’t think it’s the “party plus” activities that inspire animosity.
It’s her continued scoffing at law, work, punctuality, financial obligations and basic manners and the “little people” who get in her way that inspire ire.
As for an undiagnosed mental illness, she has had nothing but opportunities, including court ordered rehab and therapy and curls her lip up at it.
Actually, Lindsay has done some dodgy things with regards to race. After going on her bender when she tried to run down her former assistant in stolen SUV with three other passengers/hostages inside, she told the cops that the “black kid did it”. There were some other things too, but I can’t recall them right now.
However, I am surprised by the animosity towards her. So many wasted opportunities…surrounded by sycophants and enablers, lecherous parents…to be honest, I am kind of surprised that she has made it this far. I know that she is 25, is not a child, and has a responsibility towards shaping her life but in many ways she didn’t stand a fighting chance, not with those losers for parents. For better or worse, most of us are where we are because of the values and guidance that were instilled in us by our parents. In her case, the apple did not fall far from the tree.
A lot of us had horrific parenting. It’s up to the individual to take control of their life. With my background I could probably literally get away with murder, Ive seen and read enough cases where those with my background have. You make a choice to be a better person that what you learned. In my case the apple fell so far from the tree I turned into a peach. It’s called maturity and responsibility and no matter your background you know right from wrong. She had choices too and chose very selfishly and is now paying for it. And as long as she continues to act selfishly she will suffer.
OK, I get all your points, which are very valid. Lindsay Lohan lives out of reality and appears to be a nasty piece of work. Also, her choices are mostly disgraceful (the SUV episode is INSANE).
But BPD sufferers (supposing that Lohan is one) can have very extreme behaviour, and they need therapy, because many times they just react on impulse motivated by disorientation and fear, without thinking about the consequences for others or themselves. They just don’t know how to react in any other way, in reality.
I have known several people with BPD who were insufferable and, after going to DBT, they changed completely – almost like night and day.
What Lohan needs is someone to grab her, force her to retire for a while and have intensive therapy. Sadly, she is just too unstable, arrogant and stupid to admit that she has problems and Renee, I agree: the people who surround her are the scum of the earth.
@Lady D, well said and I couldn’t agree more. My husband has a mother and father that would make Dina and Michael look like June and Ward Cleaver. His mother encouraged his then 16 year old sister to drop out of school, get a fake ID, and become a stripper. The other sister became a alcoholic/crack/meth addict, who overdosed and “died” twice before her older sister helped get her clean. My husband is nothing like them because he CHOSE to do better and wanted more for himself. Good for you for doing the same!

I did notice the lack of Lohan stories and was so happy, I hoped that there was a sweet secret plan to never talk about her again, like with heidi montag and her husband, I would defo support a LL embargo.

Yesterday on TMZ, a poster theorized that Lindsay was behaving because of strict orders from Hef. I thought (and still do) that Lindsay was complying with her CS so she will get permission to go to NYC for Xmas and New Years. And, she needs to see Vikram–girl has gotta support her family after all.
However, upon further reflection, I think that the pap embargo comes from Hef. This way she can’t do something that might create a Kardashian type backlash. In addition, maybe Hef thinks that if Lindsay is not seen, we will forget just how low in life this woman has sunk.

You had to water your lawn? I’m so freaking jealous I could cry. I’m having a drink now. It snowed for 3 days last week (yes, I cried) and then it rained. It’s all gone now. I raked leaves and covered the strawberries and flower beds with straw. I’m using the bags of leaves to create a cave under my porch for the wild cats to have someplace warm to eat in during winter. I’m hoping it will help keep their water a little warmer so it doesn’t always freeze. I worry about them getting water in winter. Only 114 more sleeps ’till spring.

b) If she is going to the morgue and the paps are getting photos but TMZ and ROL etc. aren’t publishing them, it would lead one to believe that someone is paying them ALL off, which just seems impossible/implausible to me.

She CAN’T go to Europe, the judge was CLEAR. She CANNOT leave the country. Period. Not with the p.o.’s permission or anything. If she does pop of to NY for the holidays and then heads over the pond, she will have a warrant out for her arrest and I’d think it would be a felony and the cops would be waitin at LAX, straight to jail, and NO BAIL. She’d stay in jail until her court date. Would not be wise to go to Europe.

I don’t think the European fashion shows and designers are gonna ‘wait’ for Blohan to get off probation and to be able to travel overseas. What will Philip Plein do? Who knows, who cares. There was a blurb about it a couple of weeks back and some nitwit was quoted as saying “if Blohan doesn’t show up, she’d be out a lot of money”. Take that for what you will.

I don’t get her fame. I don’t recall her in any movie above Herbie Unloaded status and c’mon, look at her.
Frankly, I’ve enjoyed the Crack Whore moratorium. Only cover her when she’s acting, or looking, truly batshit. Otherwise who cares? She’s a talentless self absorbed crack whore. Her contribution to the entertainment industry is to give blow jobs and be a punchline. That’s it.
Now let’s have a similar moratorium on the Kardashians.
It’s always like that. When she screws up and people hope and pray that she would end up in prison – then she is in news of every media every day. When she gets her free pass from prison and is not in trouble – everyone lose interest and she becomes irrelevant.
It happened before. And before too. And it happens again now. Because nobody wants to see how Lohan walks on streets. No one wants to read that. They only care when she is in trouble and could end up in jail.
MAYBE she noticed it too? MAYBE she is doing all that on purpose? To be relevant? Lets hope that she will do everything that judge told her to. Then she will just vanish from our eyes and will become irrelevant.
And did you see that article on TMZ where Michael Lohan send picture of himself on hospital bed? 🙂 So hilarious. Michael Lohan somehow thinks that he is celebrity and that anyone cares about his health. So so pathetic.
Well, of course she’s ahead of schedule at the morgue. Somehow she’s still alive!
LL might be doing okay with the CS at this point, but I can’t imagine she’ll be able to keep with the “structure” after a xmas full of club hopping, boozing and God only knows what else. Her comfort zone involves avoiding all responsibility, doing whatever she wants whenever she wants and giving the finger to authority figures. She’d need to completely transform her entire lifestyle to get through the CS without incident. I just don’t see it happening.

Bingo. And they don’t have to pay Lindsay as much to be on their cover, as Lindsay isn’t exactly in demand anymore. So, more publicity for a fraction of the cost.

I think she is like a rat trapped in a corner. She will do all her CS on time, because she has no choice. When she is all done, look out. She will be free to do as she pleases. Which means party, party, party. Then more trouble. Maybe not until late Jan. or early Feb., but it will eventually happen.

Looks like Lohan’s ‘cracking’ down LOL! because she finally figured out she’s a total pariah in Hollywood. She has to at least pretend to get her shit together or it’s bye bye acting career forever.
I still think that judge should have put that SCRAM thing on Lohan. That would be the biggest torture for Lohan – to not drink.

I doubt she knows she’s ‘pariah’. In her delusional drug addled mind, she thinks she’s a S T A R! As for her acting career, that was dead 3 years ago. She can complete her CS, but she has already showed potential employers just how seriously she takes responsibility. Too little, WAY too late!
As I said before, I’m torn on the completion of her CS hours. This story is too complimentary, which means it came from ‘Lohan Inc.’ Remember both W.O. and Honig said over and over how she was doing ‘tons’ of hours and at one point she had already been kicked out of the DWC, so I’m gonna wait until her status hearing. I suppose I won’t be surprised either way, cuz we all know, she’s looking forward to two weeks in NYC for Xmas and New Years. And thats a few days before Xmas for those holiday parties and a couple days on the back end for that inevitable hangover from hell.
