Miley Cyrus afraid more of her personal photos will be leaked

Ever since Miley Cyrus had her email hacked and personal pictures leaked all over the internet, she’s been a big ball of worry, according to the Enquirer. Though the FBI arrested the hacker, Josh Holly, he was bragging openly on the internet for quite a while about all the pictures he had access to. Miley’s afraid that more pictures will be leaked, thus ruining her “wholesome” image.

It seems Miley has good reason to be worried – a new semi-inappropriate picture made its way onto the internet yesterday, though there’s no way to know if the picture is new or old.

Even though the FBI shut down [hacker Josh] Holly, Miley is frantic that it might be too late – and that Holly may have already sent more of her personal information to others, a source tells The Enquirer.

“She used that e-mail account on a daily basis to send Nick and several of her closest friends photos and letters,” continued the source.

“And there were several other accounts Miley used for emails, so she’s not exactly sure what Holly gained access to – and that’s what’s so deeply troubling to her. If there are more scandalous pictures, it could greatly impact her wholesome image. The whole thing is making Miley a nervous wreck.”

Last year, Holly attempted to sell several news organizations steamy photos of Miley, including various poses in a wet T-shirt, bikini and underwear. When none would purchase the images because of how he obtained them, Holly began posting them on the internet.

I hate to argue with this “friend,” but Miley’s wholesome image was ruined a long time ago. I’d say the original batch of leaked pictures did most of the damage, but it wasn’t helped by her feuds with her costars, rumors of diva behavior on the set, and ridiculous YouTube videos. She just flat out seems like a snotty kid to me – though unfortunately my assessment of her character doesn’t really matter. But it’s hard to feel badly for her since she seems like a mean girl masquerading as a wholesome one.

If nothing else, I hope the newly released photos are actually old. Regardless of my dislike of her character, I understand why Miley is stressed about more inappropriate photos being released. But if she’s so stupid that she’s actually still taking new sorta raunchy photos, then she’s bringing it on herself. At this point she is definitely old enough and experienced enough to know better.

Here’s Miley performing at the Showcase club in Paris Thursday night, and leaving the Four Seasons George V Hotel to head to “Star Academy” studios yesterday. Images thanks to Bauer-Griffin and Fame.

Hey, Miley, you know the best way to keep salacious pictures of your 15-for-three-more-weeks self from being leaked?

    STOP TAKING THEM!!!!

This hyper-sexual no-talent has worn out her fifteen minutes by a few years now.
    🙄

  2. geronimo says:

I couldn’t care less about this twit or whether she’s wholesome (whatever wholesome actually means?) or not, but is this really newsworthy? A 16yr old doing what so many other 16yr olds are also doing? It’s not clever or funny or original but, most of all, it’s just not interesting.

  3. RAN says:

I agree Geronimo. On a side note… and completely unrelated to this article… Russell Brand quit over the brouhaha in England.

  4. geronimo says:

RAN – have responded to you about this on the Brand/Ross thread (although the mods are keeping me temporarily on hold over there for some reason!)

  5. RAN says:

I checked – you’re comment is still out. Noticed a link to the story from one of the other posters too – interesting….

  6. Kate says:

What a stupid girl. Maybe this is what other girls are doing, but she should know better (or her parents) considering what this is doing to her career. She will be out of the headlines soon enough 🙂

  7. devilgirl says:

Any picture of me that is taken I am scared will get leaked into public. Hell, short of her at a KK rally or clubbing a baby seal ,whatever they are can’t be that bad. Get over it already, that’s the price you pay being in the public eye and being a dumb teenager taking racey photos.

  8. vdantev says:

Quit posting them on the WWW and she’d have nothing to worry about. There’s nothing truly private on here.

  9. Kaiser says:

She’s really grinding her crotch against that guy in the header pic, isn’t she? Blech.

Seriously, this one is going to be a f-cking train wreck.

But when Steven Tyler does it it’s cute, right ?

  11. Kaiser says:

“But when Steven Tyler does it it’s cute, right ?”

😆 Hip replacements are not a joke!

  12. WTF?!?! says:

I wish people would stop saying that taking pre-porno pics is what all the kids are doing.
It is NOT what all the kids are doing, and it shows how incredibly out of touch so many of you are to just dismiss this as “girls will be girls”.
I fear for your daughters, I really do.
    😐

  13. DLR says:

Ummm, Miss Miley, there IS a way you can stop your photos from being leaked out all over the Internet. Stop taking such photos in the first place! *duh!*

WTF?!?!, the majority of teenager girls ARE taking “porno pictures.” It is all over the Internet on MySpace, YouTube, and Facebook. All these girls are doing is seeking attention from boys AND men. You won’t see many teenage boys showing off their “bulges” in Speedos or squeezing their naked pecs together to get attention from girls and women. So yeah, we aren’t “out of touch” because it is happening and Miss Miley’s “porno pics” is actually the norm for I would say 80% of teenage girls today. If you have a 12-year old, no doubt she is already posing in “sultry” positions and by the time she is 14 she will be posing in skimpy bikinis worthy of Playboy in order to gain as many “friends” as she can on MySpace.

  14. smit33 says:

WTF – Your right. Not all the kids are doing it, but kids today are more mature than 10 years ago. And unfortunately they all like to experiment. It’s called facing the facts.

  15. vdantev says:

WTF??? needs to take an eye-opening tour of youtube and see what some of our pure christian heaven-sent children are doing on their webcams.

  16. WTF?!?! says:

smit33: Kids are more savvy than they were ten years ago, perhaps, more promiscuous, but decidedly NOT more mature. Maturity brings judgement.

And you, vdantev, hit the nail on the head: SOME of our children, the ones who are spoiled, unsupervised and have no idea of appropriate limits. Probably 40% of those girls were molested, that they feel putting their private business up for public consumption is acceptable.

You need to take an eye-opening tour of the school systems I am in every day, middle and high schools. Maybe if you shut down your computer and stopped looking at celeb site and YouTube postings as slices of life, you could see that that behaviour is NOT the norm.

  17. smit33 says:

Let’s just say we prefer to differ on this subject.

  18. geronimo says:

@WTF – I don’t think a single person here said ALL. A lot, yes. Which is fact, whether you want to believe it or not. And most importantly, no one said what they were doing was ok.

The only jaw-dropping comment I see here is your ‘40% of these girls were probably molested’. First you say they’re not doing it and then you decide that 40% are doing it because they’re coming from abusive backgrounds. Now THAT is a very blinkered and naive perspective. You may not like it, or think it’s acceptable, but to deny it’s happening when the evidence is one google away makes no sense whatsoever.

  19. smit33 says:

    AMEN GERONIMO !!!!

  20. RAN says:

WTF, your comments are usually fairly well thought out and not completely unreasonable, but on this I think you fall very short of either mark. You can’t make a blanket statement that 40% of girls who post those pictures are, or have been, molested. That’s asinine. And to say that you’re an active member of the public school system is extremely frightening because you don’t know these kids at all. My own children are more mature and less naive than I was at their age – as are their friends. My kids are not spoiled, nor are they unsupervised, and they’ve NEVER been molested – in fact, we have one of the closest parent/child relationships I’ve ever seen. BUT… that doesn’t mean that at least one of them hasn’t attempted the ‘ohhh look at me’ photos on MySpace. The difference is that a responsible parent makes them take the photos down. However it IS something that a lot of teens and young adults are doing. For example, you should see my christian neighbor’s daughter’s MySpace – makes the hair raise. Miley is nowhere near that.

This behavior IS the norm – not great, but normal. I’ll assume you’re not a teacher in the school system, because if you are… you are extremely out of touch with your students.

@G – (your post) well said.

  21. WTF?!?! says:

RAN, take geronimo’s advice. Reread this thread and similar, many folks here are willing to dismiss dangerous behaviors as “what the kids are doing” on a regular basis.
As soon as the deviant curve is defined and accepted as the norm, the inmates run the asylum.

The vast majority of the kids I work with, and my niece and her friends– who are 15 and 16 year olds (my kids are quite a bit younger) — are appalled and think these girls are gross and pathetic. The ones who post and email and text salacious pics of themselves are not popular, they’re not well-thought of in their peer group, they are the exception far more than the rule.

And thank you for the compliment– I don’t make assertions unless I know what I am talking about (opinions are a different matter). I’ll assume you are a stay at home mom who is completely out of touch with what goes on outside your nuclear family.

  22. MIMI says:

i completely agree with RAN and im 15 years old. the grls in my skewl-most of them already smoke and take slutty pics of themselves. i get disgusted to think y they wuld do nething of the such. also it wuldnt be right to blame the parents because even tho they try to stop such actions, the child gets encouraged to not obey.

i say this frm my perspective, this is a normal for grls even tho its not a gud thing to hear. its hard to stop sumthing once its started. the grls see wat other grls are doing and they want to be popular so they copy them. media can also be an influence to these actions.

most skewls and teachers have no idea wat grls are going thru at this age and the pressure we go thru cuz their is no personal connection between teachers and students. even if sum skewls have programs, most of us r too lazy to go attend. and plz stop assuming “ur not a teacher” or ur a “stay at home mom” bcuz the truth is, u all care bout wats going on and are aware of it and thts gud enuff. we rly cant do much about it.

  23. vdantev says:

Mimi, go back to ‘school’ and demand an explanation from your English teacher about ‘why’ your spelling is so bad.

That internet shorthand junk is really messing these kids up, I tell you.

  24. RAN says:

Actually WTF, I’m not a stay at home mom but there would be nothing wrong if I were. Most stay at home mom’s are highly tuned into their children and their children’s friends. I, on the other hand, am an executive of a fairly large corporation. My job has always allowed me to volunteer in the schools and participate with the students, which has (subsequently) allowed me to stay ‘in touch’ throughout the years.

Again, I worry about the disconnect you seem to have if you work within the school system, and can only assume you hold a (potentially) maintenance type position that does not allow you to interact with the student body as a whole. If you’re a teacher, maybe a rural school district…?

No one said Miley’s behavior was good, admirable, acceptable or even ‘ok’, but it isn’t that unusual.

  25. G. says:

I have to agree with what RAN and Mimi said on this one. A lot of 15 year olds smoke, drink, and take slutty pictures. It’s considered normal, although I would never do it. it may be normal, but it is also stupid.

  26. Anoneemouse says:

I think she has a definite ego problem. She takes pics of herself then sends them to all her boyfriends. No wonder she is worried about more pics. She’s in love with herself.

  27. browniee24 says:

vdantev, stop being such a b****h. be happy someone 15 years old actually cares about the young girls her age. atleast she’s trying to help while you’re not. I don’t see you writing any appropriate or meaningful comments do I?

  28. vdantev says:

I don’t see you writing any appropriate or meaningful comments do I?

I’m here mostly for snark and comic relief and I don’t take requests from children.
