HUZZAH. These are new photos of Tom Hardy at the National Ballet Christmas Party in London. Don’t ask me why Tom was at a party for ballerinas. I have no idea. I suspect he was probably trying to bone a ballerina, or he is currently boning a ballerina and she promised him free booze at the Christmas party. Or maybe he’s just a patron of the arts? Whatever it is, he’s doing WAY more than Duchess Kate, and doesn’t that crack you up? Anyway, note how awesome Tom looks in these photos. His hair has grown out since we last saw him – he shaved his head to play Bane in The Dark Knight Rises. He also bulked up, and the whole thing gave him a very Vin Diesel/Shrek vibe. Remember this?
Gross. Would not hit it. But I would hit this:
Right? What a difference a little bit of hair makes, and I’m usually not That Girl. For the most part, I don’t care about a guy’s hair. Bald, receding hairline, or shaggy locks, I’m an equal opportunity dude-appreciator. But Tom Hardy is just one of those guys who shouldn’t shave his head.
By the way, you know how Mission Impossible 4 is coming out this weekend? Well, it was probably already going to have a great box office, but it’s going to get an even further push by Batman nerds. Christopher Nolan has issued a “six-minute prologue” of The Dark Knight Rises to be shown on “select IMAX screens” before MI4. And the prologue is very Bane/Tom Hardy heavy. Nolan says: “I wanted to create a self-contained short film with this prologue. It always felt like it should be the beginning of the film and the introduction of the villain.” Nolan also explained the casting choice of Tom Hardy for Bane: “I decided we needed someone like Tom in this role. He’s really thinking about every gesture his character makes, what he sounds like and how he moves. He has a very skillful awareness of his character’s physicality.” Sold. I hope the “prologue” gets released online.

I effin’ love this guy. Used to think he was just some Random Doucheface but after seeing him in Bronson (and others) i think he’s brilliant. Can’t wait to see Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy!

Would hit it with all my might – through all of his styles, as well, because if he’s not always looking hot, he makes it up in personality.
Also, just so you know, the man has been sober for 7 years, so he definitely wasn’t there for the free booze.

He’s been very vocal about his sobriety. I was surprised when he offered to help Lindsay with hers. That was kind of him.

it’s one those things that make me like him even more – he’s not afraid to talk about the ‘bad times’ he’s had in the past, and he’s not boasting about his sobriety, either. I find that quite refreshing.

The prologue was leaked yesterday but WB made everyone take it down. I couldn’t understand Bane. I needed subtitles. It’s like an old English and German accent mixed together.

His screen presence is what nails it, I might not have looked twice at him had I not seen him in Wuthering Heights too. I think the no hair thing could get a pass, it was the bulky no neck thing I didn’t like, thank got he got rid of it. And he must have done it naturally somehow as there’s no way he would be back to looking so normal so quickly had he used steroids. Dude is hardcore method.

I used to find him hot but it went away and playing Bane didn´t help either, too many bad pictures. I am looking forward to seeing his performance and Anne´s of course.

I didn’t get his hotness until I saw him in motion. He’s not conventionally handsome, and it doesn’t always translate to still photos, but… the charisma he exudes when speaking, moving, smiling…unf.

2. He wasn’t there for the ballerinas, he’s (still) engaged to actress and Wuthering Heights co-star Charlotte Riley.
3. He was there ’cause he’s there every year. The Nutcracker is his annual event and this was the pre-party.

Would hit it multiple times – he can bend me over anytime! He is HOT. Don’t like him bald or with long hair though. Thought his bod was fantastic when he bulked up for Warrior – I mean OMG have you seen the pics of him with his shirt off? Yummy. The tats are a total turn on. I like his hair in Inception and This Means War – short.
