How funny is it that Zoe Kravitz ended up with a dude who has the same hair as her dad? These are new photos of Zoe and her super-special boyfriend Penn Badgley in Miami over the holiday. They were photographed constantly at the beach and at their hotel, where you can see that the Miami humidity is not agreeing with Penn’s curly hair. I have to give Penn some credit – he definitely increased his credibility as an interesting person by going from Blake Lively to Zoe. It seems like both Blake and Penn upgraded after they broke up – when they were together, it seemed like Blake was just Penn’s beard, and she was always cheating on him. Now that they’re apart, Blake is free to be “the girlfriend” to a series of A-list men, and Penn now appears heterosexual, with a cute little hipster girl to boot, and a growing career in independent films.
Let’s talk about Zoe’s body for a second – I dislike her bikini, and even though she’s got small boobs, she totally needs more support from a bikini top. That being said, her body is bangin’. I wish my ass looked that cute. And I don’t think she has any cellulite anywhere. UGH! Damn it, Zoe.
As for Penn – seeing him shirtless is NOT sexy. He’s all skinny and furry and oddly feminine. I can’t believe Zoe CHOSE Penn over Michael Fassbender. True, we don’t know what went down, whether Fassy left Zoe or whether she wanted a “real” relationship with someone more low-key or whatever. But we know that Zoe started showing up everywhere with Penn over the summer while she and Michael seemed like they were still “together”. So all I know is that she gave up this…

Penn lost a lot of weight to play Jeff Buckley. He used to have a much more fit body. Being close in age to Zoe myself, not everyone wants someone who looks middle aged and Penn with a haircut/shave has a pretty face in a high chiseled cheekbones sort of way. Just saying from a younger girl’s perspective why one would be attracted to Penn.

As for upgrading or downgrading. If it’s only looks that matter than you’re never in a real relationship anyway. You have to have something more meaningful than “my bf is hot”. Ummh yeah, great. I would rather have a “mediocre” guy who makes me happy than a hot (ginger) dude who has better looks and status but brings the drama (how do they call it? torrid?). You’re supposed to thrive in a relationship not crumble so these two probably crumbled.
Also, Kravitz and Fassbender didn’t have the relationship of the year nor did they themselves deny or confirm anything so I don’t know why people are trying to figure out that shit. It didn’t work out, she moved on (because she wants to feel better?) aaaaand I’m over it…

Unless Zoe, Fass or any other celebrity out there tell us the real deal about their relationships, we will never truly know what they see or look for in other people.
Until then, most of us judge celebrities by their looks and talents – hence the upgrading and downgrading part. I don’t know why people are so bothered by it.

I just think those two weren´t meant to be otherwise it would have lasted longer than a year and she would not move on so fast. If she is happier now, why call it a downgrade just because Fassbender is prettier popular and all that. I do not think that talent is actually an important factor here. Because we know so little about him, it becomes easier to let him be a fantasy instead of real person.

Penn Badgley is still in love with Blakely Lively I seen pictures of them on set and no wonder he was giving her mean looks and also he looked like he is still in loved with her, Also there are pictures of Penn and Blake at that same hotel when they where together, which only means that he took Zoe there because he knew that photos where going to be taken and to show Blake Lively that he is in a high profile realationship too. Please stop trying to make Fassbender the next Brad Pitt in the looks department and the next Phillip Seymour Hoffman in the acting department. He is marginally attractive and his acting is better than sub par but no on the range of any of the greats thus far.
Zoe does not need Fassbender for anything. She is her own person and does whatever and dates whoever the hell she wants and always has even you or I don’t get it.
