Craziness. She did a pretty good job at smiling for the cameras.
Remember, Reese got knocked up young, and they were in counselling. They’ve had a bumpy ride for a long time.

I’m not sure why people are acting so shocked about this anyway. It was a Hollywood marriage after all! With Hollywood marriages it isn’t if they’ll divorce, its when and they stuck it out longer than many couples who married older then they did. Seriously, I think they should get some kind of reward or trophy for lasting as long as they did.

I know she seems all sweet and cute and stuff, but I’ve always sensed this layer to her of…well, I’ve always thought she probably isn’t the easiest person in the world to live with. Not that he’s a big prize, either. He’s probably got some growing up to do.
I don’t know why celebrity couples even bother to get married, though. They have to realize their chances of making it permanently are about nil.

What gets me about celebrity marriages is usually the ink isn’t even dry on a divorce & they want to get married again. Can anyone say Denise Richards? I don’t think Reese will rush into anything though.

i hope he gets nothing… even though he cheated with a girl.. i still say he is gay.. she worked hard for her money and he CHEATED on her…why should she pay him for that… i hope her career goes up and his goes way down.. surreal life anyone… hahahaha

Seemed like a marriage of a Type A personality with a Type B spouse.
It seems that the opposite sides of their personalities brought them together to later become the reason they are breaking up.
My mother gave me a piece of advice - what initially attracts you to them is going to be the thing that drives you crazy later.

Anyone who has gone through a rough time in their marriage can relate. My heart goes out to Reese but what is she supposed to do?

Kathy, I agree that I don’t think she can be that easy to live with. I also agree with the type A and type B personalities, too. However, he just seems sleezy to me.

no prenup–that’s why she took an aggressive divorce attorney like JA’s lawyer instead of going though a collaborative process or mediation, like someone who has her kids’ best interest in mind would.. bottom line is obviously still no. 1 with her. I’m very curious to see how she handles the process and if her controlling personality takes over.
