Denise Richard's divorce lawyer has filed papers requesting that Charlie Sheen's pension funds be considered part of the couple's joint assets. Denise isn't just content to smear Sheen and take half of his money, she wants to ruin his retirement too:
Though no dollar amounts were included in the court filing -- that will come later -- Richards names four of Sheen's pension plans, including the Screen Actors Guild Producers Pension Plan.
That's cold! Denise is going for the jugular in this divorce.
She's an ambitious woman, that's for sure. After Richie Sambora announced that he was single while at a Bon Jovi gig in Germany she had her publicist deny that that had broken up and promptly rushed to his side. two idiots.. she didn't give him much breathing room for sure. Heather, on the other hand, acts like a child too, blasting "Livin' on a Prayer" from her car, right in front of Denise's house. As Dlisted said, Heather and Denise should act like adults and finally have a dance-off to settle this.
btw, going after pension funds is totally normal in divorce. she wouldn't be entitled to more than 50% of the share he's earned while they were married, so it wouldn't be much anyway since he's been working way before they were married. I'm sure her lawyer advised her to make this claim but it doesn't mean she'll get much of it.
I don't know much about divorce proceedings - thanks for letting me know that this is common, Millie. I seriously thought that it was a bit of a golddigger tactic, but I did not read up on it enough. I did read that Heather blasted Bon Jovi outside of Denise's house and I linked to a story about that yesterday. It's kind of funny, but it is immature. Denise did kind of steal Heather's man, even if they were broken up already. It seems like she had it in mind the whole time
Jeanni I agree with you and think that Denise is a clingy conniver. In a way I don't think it's worse than Brangelina, though, because technically - technically - they weren't cheating since they were all split up from their respective spouses.
this is so much worse than Brangelina.. there are kids involved on both sides and they were BEST FRIENDS.. that's just below the belt, I don't care when it started! You don't jump your best friend's ex, no matter how desperate you feel. It's just bad taste.

Man, she is such a BITCH!!!! I don't know how she can live with herself! I hope she doesn't get a dime other than child support from Charlie Sheen! Denise and Ritchie are a couple of SNAKES!!! This situation is way beyond the Brangelina situation, because Denise encouraged Heather to divorce Ritchie. Now it's obvious why. And to think that Denise and Heather were best friends. Heather did nothing but stand by Denise through her trials and tribulations! She'll get hers!
