Jessica Simpson is a beautiful girl, great body, good voice. BUT, dumb as a rock, uneducated and, yeah, what a joke that she professes to be so “Christian.”
I think Daddy Simpson, the biggest phoney and money hungry grubber of all time, needed to teach his girls what real Christian beliefs are.
Ashley, her sister, marries Pete Wentz–a gay guy? What is wrong with these two girls?

Let get off the Angelina Trip because she might done some good. Not all stuff don’t measure out with her. Angelina Jolie knows how to draw people in. Jessica might be not a smart cookie but has done some good too. People over look her goodness that shadow her dumb action in life. Nick being a singer at the time wasn’t so great. Jessica was making top records. Watch e TV sometime about their true lives. Plus interviews that made it strain with them.

I try to save my ex to have values. It seem to be working. Until he fell back to give no respect for me or his family. Jessica Simpson should know better. You couldn’t change nobody but the person has change for there self!

She has so much growing up to do still. Maybe she should move back home with Daddy. It’s obvious everytime she opens her mouth. Why isn’t she engaged by now to Tony? Maybe because it ain’t gonna happen. She looks into Tony’s eyes and sees a soulmate; he looks into Jessica’s eyes and can see into the back of her head.

I actually have difficulties to hate Jessica Simpson, I don’t know why. I mean, she obviously is not the sharpest tool in the shed and her blabbing about her relationships is neither interesting nor necessary, but still – I feel sorry for her. That’s it. I think she is dumb and sweet and could have been a great wife to someone and really make him happy. (I can’t believe I’m actually typing this. I consider myself a feminist.) She should NOT be a public person – her voice is not bad, but her singing technique is so over the top I find it really annoying to listen to. Her acting skills shall remain undiscussed out of respect for all actual actresses who can act.
I just can’t hate her for being dumb. I find her annoying, yes, but it’s not her fault she’s dumb, it’s not her fault she never received a proper education because her parents preferred turning her and her sister into cash cows over sending them to college and get some knowledge of the world. Yeah, bottom line: I feel sorry for her. She should live in a Southern State and bake cookies. I actually think she could have been a mother to have a lot of fun with – I’m not so sure now that she’s spoiled by public interest and people telling her whatever she wants to hear for such a long time and her not being able to put the pieces together. Do I have a Mother Theresa complex? Oh my.

when Nick/Jessica married he was the bigger star. The Newlyweds show on MTV made her famous, and that fame went to her head.

She left him and was surprised when her fame went down the drain.

I wish she would fade away…

Good points Granger. I DO take issue with her ‘fixer’ comment. There wasn’t much for her to fix with that man. When she married him, she wanted HIS fame and fortune – not the other way around (yes, believe it or not, he was on top of the world with his boy band when he married her), which is why she didn’t have a pre-nup when she wanted a divorce – she thought SHE’D end up being the one to win big in a divorce.

The show – The Newlyweds – was intended to take advantage of his popularity and her ‘the girl next door’ persona. What it really made all of us realize was that she was a selfish, spoiled, idiotic, diva (not you Diva) wench; whereas Nick was the caretaker of the finances, the home, their relationship, etc.

I’ll say it on this thread too – Tony Romo would be wise to run before it’s too late.
