“Breaking Bad’s” Aaron Paul is about to go off the market, boo! The 32 year-old actor had a very romantic New Year’s in Paris, where he proposed to his girlfriend, 24 year-old activist Lauren Parsekian. Rumer Fix has the news, along with a cute photo of Aaron and Lauren posing in front of a hand-written sign that says “Bride and Groom.” They also have a photo of the engagement ring, a giant antique-looking cushion cut. It gorgeous, although I prefer emerald and princess cut rings. Still, there’s no way I would turn that beautiful ring down. Here’s more:
Paul, 32, just got engaged to his girlfriend Lauren Parsekian, 24, in Paris, according to RumorFix.com.
Showing off pictures of her flashy engagement ring to pals, along with a photo of the couple with a “bride + groom” sign Parsekian wrote, “Coming back home today with my fiancé!!! NYE proposal in Paris … Couldn’t be more perfect. I’m so happy and excited.”
Parsekian, who calls Paul “the most amazing man on the planet,” is the Co-CEO of Finding Kind Productions, a campaign that “brings awareness and healing to the negative and lasting effects of girl-against-girl crimes.”
Paul most notably dated the 90210 reboot’s Jessica Lowndes in 2010.

Congratulations to Aaron and Lauren! It sounds like Lauren shared photos to friends and family on a social networking site and RumerFix got ahold of them.
Paul is an incredibly talented actor and I’d love to see him make the transition to the big screen. This has me wondering when “Breaking Bad” is finally coming back, as it seems like way too long since we’ve seen new episodes. I can’t find any details on when it will premiere, (last year it came out in July) but this fifth season will sadly be its last. I’d like to see Jesse kill Walter, as obnoxious as that sounds. Walter went over to the dark side and I bet Jesse is about to figure it out.

Weird comment about the ring, Kaiser. “There is no way [you] would turn this ring down”? So… It’s about THE RING, and not the guy who’s giving it to you? I thought for a second that Jennifer Love Hewitt wrote that post.
I think Kaiser was saying that she prefers other types of cuts, but that the ring here is so beautiful that she would happily wear that one as well.

I wrote this, and I originally wrote that there’s no way I would turn that ring or Aaron down, but then I thought that sounded silly, so I made it about the ring.
Personally, I don’t get the bling-bling engagement ring craving so many women seem to suffer from.
A huge diamond ring seems like such a waste of money to me, and I would feel silly wearing something that cost an arm and a leg!
If I ever get married (not bloody likely) I’ll refuse to wear anything other than a simple, smooth wedding band. Maybe platinum, or silver? Hate gold. Screw traditions! *rah rah* 😛
After doing a Breaking Bad marathon I truly believe that Aaron Paul is the hotness. I have many theories as to how next season ends, and I agree that Walter must die!
He is the best young actor on TV. So amazing and understated in his role. I frickin’ love him so hope it works out!
I love him like a house on fire, but I can’t decide if the picture with the bride and groom sign is adorkable or saccharine.
I was so impressed by his range on this last season of BB. I used to think he was super-obnoxious and not a great actor, but now I realized he was just really, really convincing as a tweaker. I was pretty bummed that he didn’t get an Emmy nom this year. I can’t wait for the showdown between Walt & Jesse in the final season.
I think that that “Jesse” is going to end up killing “Walter” for all his transgressions on BB. How else could it end …jail or death?

I envision a final scene where Walter sits in solitary confinement after being sentenced to 30 to life.
He has a thousand yard stare from his crushing realisation that he’s lost everything that he has ever held dear. The only thing he feels anymore, is rage.

Walt should die, yes. But I hope Jesse then decides to clean up his life and go to business school like he talked about, or takes up drawing again.

My jealousy (due to my love for Aaron Paul) is making it hard to be happy for them, but I am! He’s such a good actor and definitely my favorite character on BB. God, I love that show. Also, he’s adorable.
My husband is obsessed with the show. But I don’t like it because of the subject matter. It’s kind of weird, but it makes me feel icky.
Anyway, I had a nightmare about this guy and have been creeped out since.

LOVE that ring! I’m a huge fan of that cut and style. DH went with an oval solitaire that I love and get compliments on a lot, but if I’d been picking it would have been this style. Although much smaller, lol.
