Brad Pitt goes old-school heartthrob on the cover of W Mag: hot or not?

Brad Pitt covers the February issue of W Magazine – their annual “Movie Issue”. Charlize Theron got a separate cover, which we will cover at a separate time. Let’s just talk about Brad right now. Thoughts on his styling? I usually like Brad when he’s a bit more cleaned up, and I don’t really understand why he’s been growing out his hair since completing World War Z’s interminable shoot. Maybe it’s just laziness. Or maybe he just wants ONE member of “Brangelina” to have beautiful hair for the awards season. I don’t know. I think he’s a bit too old to be doing the long-haired stoner thing, though. Even though the cover doesn’t do much for me, there’s a closeup shot that I’ve included below… Brad in closeup is hot. He looks like he’s about to kiss someone. Anyway, here’s Brad’s interview in W – this is the complete thing:

Lynn Hirschberg: Which movie has made you cry?
Brad Pitt: I’m not much of a crier at films, but there was one…I was coming back from Cabo on my way to Montreal, and I got hit with Montezuma’s revenge. I could not keep anything down. I was stuck in a hotel room with no windows and was just doing what you do when you’re sick. On day two of this extremely painful episode, I watched a film called Life as a House. Kevin Kline is an architect and learns he has terminal cancer. He’s estranged from his teenage son and decides they’re going to finish this house. I don’t know if it would still hit me the same way, but on my 27th hour of pure wretchedness, this movie just crushed me. I should watch it again to see if it has the same effect.

Have your parents seen you die in a movie?
They would have had to. I die really well, by the way. It’s one of my strong points. I just take a bullet well.

Do you have trouble watching yourself die?
God, no. I’m just checking the boxes. Hit that. Missed that. Hit that moment. Missed that one. God, I’d like to do that one again.

Do you really have characters that you’d like to do over?
Um…the first 12 years of my career, I would think.

No!
Okay…first 11 years.

What was the first role you auditioned for?
My agent sent me out for two films: One of them was The Accused with Jodie Foster. I was so excited.

Did you go out for the part of the rapist?
Probably not. With this face, I was probably up for the guy with the conscience. I called up afterward and asked, “How did I do?” There were three seconds of silence and then: “Have you ever thought about acting classes?”

[From W Magazine]

W Magazine released the video interview too, which is pretty much the same stuff that the online interview has. Brad seems a bit full of himself, but in his defense, I think that’s just his sense of humor. Plus, he’s been really, insanely famous for more than two decades – good enough reason to be full of himself.

  1. JenWind says:

I want the clean cut Brad back. This long hair Fabio look just isn’t doing it for me. Plus the facial hair looks really bad!

    • LadyJane says:

Also the squintiness. He obviously thinks that is sexy – and it isn’t coming from his failing eyesight. He is better when he smiles and doesn’t try so hard.

      • Sakyiwaa says:

Omg! I love him. I think he’s really hot. Even with his flaws.

      • Gigi says:

I think you need to see the whole shoot as a set. It’s meant to be tongue-in-cheek funny, like “so this is what a Hollywood matinee idol is supposed to look like?” The cummerbund on that tux should be a clue. I’m pretty sure Brad’s still more than capable of doing a real “sexy” shoot, but that’s just not what he and the people at W had in mind.

  2. Mimijeud says:

I’m not feeling the long hair. At all. I just want to take a scissors and snip, snip, snip. So i vote NOT hot!

  3. Rita says:

The bottom of the cover says:

“The year’s 20 brightest stars uncensored and unzipped”.

Everyone who checked, please raise your hand. Kaiser can run a total at the end of the day.

    *Raises hand*

    • Nanea says:

I’d raise my hand too, if I only knew who they’re considering a bright star…

So yeah, count me in, just because!

      *raises hand*

      • Rita says:

Just to confirm,Nanea: it was the “unzipped” part you checked? Not the brightest star stuff. We need an accurate count.

      • Nanea says:

As I can’t seem to reply to you directly, Rita, I’ll reply on this thread anyway.

Of course it was the unzipped part I’m raising my hand to.

There are just some people I couldn’t care less less about, zipped or not…

    • Soooo…Are they gonna be unzipping them all???

      • Sakyiwaa says:

Lol, hanna! I certainly hope so.

Also, i dont know how Fassy talking about wrecking ‘sweetshops’ is any less ‘full of it’ than Brad talking about his acting. Lol!

BP has a FINE acting resume.

  4. Joan says:

More photoshop or it’s time for face lift. I prefer cover with Charlize.

  5. Paloma says:

    Ooh la la!

    • acidburn says:

      Right, right?

He’s bloody gorgeous over there. I can’t understand why people love the ken-doll-type so much.

I’d rather have the long-haired stoner, like Kaiser said!

  6. Shay says:

I miss Brad Pitt circa fight club. Short hair and a little bit of facial scruff mmm

  7. mln76 says:

Lol Brad was clean cut for exactly 5 minutes his whole career. The dude likes to be scruffy always has always will.

    • deltona lakes says:

Im with you on that. The clean shaven look was always for a film. As soon as it ended Brad went back to scruffy. I like the long hair look. He is still hot and sexy. Brad looks good for a man about to hit 50 years old.
Not too many men in his age category can say the same thing. I’m looking at you Sean Penn, George Clooney.

  8. Bellebeesting says:

0ld-school or new-school….Not Hot. And full of himself? True that.

    • Cali says:

I missed the part where he is full of himself. The man just admitted that he would basically redo the first decade of his career, was called out by his agent b/c of his bad acting and that he is very good at dying in movies lmao! He has a great sense of humor for a star so big and I would take him any day over most mega stars.

  9. jinni says:

Even though usually I like dark hair I think he looks better as a light-haired blonde. The dark color, plus the length, plus the way his eyebrows/brow bone naturally sit on his face kind of makes him look like a greasy caveman. He should really lighten up his hair; he’s one of the few people who I personally think looks better as a bottled blonde than their nature hair color.

Also, I didn’t like how he said he doesn’t look like a rapist, as if rapists have a special appearance that one can immediately notice.

    • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

“Also, I didn’t like how he said he doesn’t look like a rapist, as if rapists have a special appearance that one can immediately notice.”

THAT really did it for me. He really thinks all rapists are creepy looking? I went to highschool with two conventionally attractive guys who ended up going to jail for rape/sexual assault. What a dumb statement. I hope this was a temporary lapse in judgement, otherwise he better let Angie quiz his daughters potential suitors.

      • Katherine says:

He said the casting agent or whomever probably didn’t send him for the role of a rapist based on how he looked. It’s more a commentary on casting stereotyping. Why are you trying to make some political statement out of it to attack Brad? Brad said nothing about what HE thinks a rapist looks like.

      • Mari says:

Bernie Coulson, the actor who got the “guy with a conscience” part, did have a nice guy- college type face. Blame the casting directors for stereotyping. Coincidentally, Bernie and Brad were roomateswhen they were trying to find jobs as actors.

  10. KLO says:

Ugh…..I’m starting to feel the long hair. Sorry, guys 😀
    i don’t know what’s happened to me…

    • Asli says:

LOL! Me too! He never did anything for me before but now… It’s the hair, man! I have a serious obsession with long-haired men. Not Fabio, he’s creepy. But beautiful men with long hair. OMG, swoon! Bring me some men with long hair!

  11. bros says:

he looks hot. I love this shaggy hair and scruff. its like his interview with a vampire days updated. say what you will, but this guy ages well. why would anyone be calling for a face lift and more photoshopping. dont we have enough of that in our culture? because he has forehead lines? do we really want him looking like Burt Reynolds now?

  12. kaykay says:

    He looks gay
he went way down hill after he cheated on his wife with skeletonia

    • Overrated says:

Why bring up something that happened a million years ago? Go to Fugly First you will feel right at home there.

      • anonymous says:

That come back is so funny I was laughing out loud after reading it. Fugly, we know who that is.

      • kaykay says:

aww someone is taking the comment really personally is your feelings hurt that i dissed mz always greasy face coke addict?

    • Katherine says:

      kaykay stop being so craycray.

The man looks very hot. Why do people complain about an actor’s hair when they must realize that there could be any number of reasons for keeping it similar to his last movie? Who knows what he may have to still do for World War Z or even for his next film.

I’m not a fan of long hair on men but his still looks sexy and I never mind stubble as long as I don’t have to feel it. His pretty days were never interesting to me. Brad is sexier now than he’s ever been.

      • Asli says:

        ”kaykay stop being so craycray”

I had the BIGGEST laughing fit ever! That is beyond hilarious!

    • Don’t feed the troll

    • Ellie says:

Sorry, but he didn’t cheat on Aniston with Angelina. His ex-wife is a homewrecker though.

    • Nev says:

hey kaykay!!! your comments are too intense…gossip buzz-kill seriously.

so what if he looks gay?

      gay is beautiful.

take your fingers off the keyboard slowly…

  13. truthSF says:

    I just want,to f@ck that face, haha!

  14. Jackie says:

lame pics, but he is charming in the interview, even if a little full of himself.

  15. Linn says:

He looks soo hot! Seriously, he’s 30 years older than me (older than my dad!) and I still think he’s so damn hot.

  16. manda says:

I loved oceans eleven Brad! He was SO hot in that movie.

  17. Overrated says:

    I think he’s still hot!

  18. Toot says:

Looks HOT to me. Love the close up.

  19. lisa says:

    Awww love it. Always.

Don’t understand the “clean cut” Brad. Brad has always had either long hair of facial scruff. Usually shave for a movie role ONLY.

Love the ma and yes he is owning that cover. He looks wonderful.

Hope he wins tonight. He had an amazing year.

regarding the “full of himself” never ever heard anyone that has met him or knows him to categorize him that way. Quite the opposite. Every person meeting and talking to him says he is not full of himself. But down to earth.

I will take first hand accounts over judgments made based on a pose in a magazine or tabloid and gossip sites.

    • deltona lakes says:

There’s even a article from kaiser’s man Fassbender stating that it was Brad Pitt that put the word out about him in HW and how he admire Brad Pitt.

The two actors worked together in Inglourious Basterds — and Fassbender is a huge fan: “Absolutely, having had the opportunity to work with him on Inglourious was just a real dream — and at that point he was very, very supportive to me.”

At the time, Fassbender was a virtual unknown: “Nobody knew who I was, and [Brad] was just really very, very generous in his acting but also with word of mouth. He was coming back to L.A. and speaking about me.”

      • leslilly says:

deltona lakes – that movie is the first one in which noticed Michael Fassbender. What a find! I love that movie and love much of the cast.

In re: to Brad Pitt – he looks hot as usual. The reason I’m feeling the long hair this time is because I see shadows of his character, Tristan, from Legends of the Fall. O.M.F.G.

  20. locamochagirl says:

Photoshopped to the max. Brad Pitt is just OLD. Gross.

    • Katherine says:

Ooookay, mochagirl. Have you started shopping for your prom dress yet?

      • locamochagirl says:

Now, I will admit that my overall perception of him is based not solely off this interview, but off everything else this site posts. So, I have a cumulative dislike of him.

My point is that he seems to always come off like the cool-guy-late 20-something-guy. He’s a father of 6 and he’s 47 years old. Act like an adult.

Plus, I hate his interviews. For the most part, he is inarticulate and brain dead. His “yeah mans” induce a great big eye roll. I will admit, that he doesn’t sound as stupid here, but I do agree with Kaiser that he sounds SO incredibly full of himself. I didn’t watch the video, so his tone might be sarcastic and deadpan, but it doesn’t translate into text if that’s the case. Not to mention, in the recent pictures being posted, he clearly has aged and you can see lines on his face; hence the photoshopped to the max comment.

I just am annoyed by how relevant he thinks he is. Brad Pitt, you were cool in the 90s when I WAS shopping for a prom dress. My perception of him has always been 90s sex symbol. Plus, I don’t find him a good enough actor to have staying power.

      • p says:

locamocha – i get what your saying. I mean compare the way he carries himself versus others – clooney, craig, clive owen, even leo and fassbender, and he just comes off as a man-child. I mean Jolie – 10 years his junior carries herself older than him.

    • Hmmm says:

Re: your second comment….I love you.

  21. sam b says:

if this was photoshopped they would take out all those wrinkles i can see in his face….he still looks hot

    • lee says:

A really good pshopper will not remove the wrinkles. The goal is to lessen the wrinkles but not remove them or the picture would look totally fake. There is a lot of enhancing in these images but removing the wrinkles would be over the top. This is a pretty solid rule for a male face.

  22. Esmom says:

Definitely hotter than ever. Although I hate the shot of him standing by the sliding glass door, ick.

  23. postaldog says:

Oh please, like Sean Connery before him, Pitt is aging gracefully and not hiding it. I love the salt/pepper beard, wrinkles in the face, and that he can do his hair however he wants and it comes off cool.
He escaped that vapid, no talent, clingy, desperate wife and scored a wonderful marriage and continues a successful career and philanthropic work that shames others in hypocritical Hollywood.
    Good for him.

    • Jessica says:

      He’s not married.

    • p says:

See this is the rhetoric that gets me. What exactly has he personally done that is heads above others in HW? He just gets more press for it, that’s all.
Good looking man, decent actor, good family man, and seems to care about what happens in NO. He’s not a saviour or a saint. Personally, his entertainment value has always been about his personal life versus movies. And that’s the reality.

      • Sakyiwaa says:

And that’s the reality. Well of course. Which is why there are now famous reality stars. People have always been interested in him. His looks 🙂 his loves, his flaws…
Its not his fault. Its an aura… Sean penn, tom cruise, denzel washington… Some have it, some don’t. Why did u click on this thread? Bcos u were INTErested.

      • postaldog says:

It’s not rhetoric. He and Angie have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in charity over the years. He has a organization that he funds and runs quietly to help rebuild New Orleans. In fact, its the quietly facet that sets them apart. They aren’t famewhoring their philanthropy. If it weren’t for sites like this, constantly trolling for news about them, most fans wouldn’t even know about it. As is evidenced by your comment.

  24. Cathy says:

I wouldn’t call him hot, but he is good looking.

  25. Drew says:

    VERY HOT.Haters gonna hate!

  26. samira677 says:

I don’t see the arrogance that everybody sees, only sarcasm and joking. I may be wrong but isn’t he supposed to start another movie in a couple of months? Also when an actor changes their look for a movie (World War Z) they usually keep it for awhile for reshoots. Actors change their appearance for roles all of the time. It’s bizarre that everytime Brad does it’s news and people make such a huge issue over it.

  27. Mila says:

Brad Pitt and Charlize Theron…they would make such a hot couple!!!
And how come no one ever remembered to
cast them together for a film???

    • Dree says:

Oh my, I agree and i would be so there to see them, so hot!
Brad and Charlize have to do a film together!

      • Katherine says:

I like Charlize but I was looking forward to seeing him coupled with Natalie Portman. I thought they would make a nice screen couple in that movie she bought the rights for – Artifacts etc.

    • lisa says:

Funny how on a couple of thread people were trying to connect her to Brad.

Why with all the talk of how hot she is and Michael Fassbender Why no cry of the two of them hooking up or working together. They are both single.

hmmm that should be the tree people are barking up.

      • anon says:

Its OK Lisa, it actually seems to work to keep them together. People always thinking that they’ll break up(suggesting other partners for them etc.) Allows the celebs breaking up to do so in peace 🙂 I have lost count of the HW couples who have broken up and paired up, while folks are watching and waiting for Angelina and Brad to break up.

  28. Shelly says:

He is totally hot with his hair longer like this. I like him a little shaggy and messy looking.

  29. Rhiley says:

Ugh, I hate when brad tries to sound smart. I think Ashton Kutcher must watch tape and tape of Brad Pitt interviewing because Kutcher uses so many of the same mannerisms.

  30. lisa says:

I saw the thread on Fassy right under this one of Brad.. Brad is 48.. Michael is 34..

    Brad does not look old.

    • Sakyiwaa says:

Yeah, lisa. It’s insane. My dad is 50. He started to go bald and quit wearing jeans and has now developed a small pot belly. BRAD would look like a 30-yr old next to my dad :-D!

  31. UKHels says:

oh brad will always be hot – look at that face

does NOTHING for me mind you

  32. foozy says:

oooh so sexy with the long hair. he’s just sooooo hotttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  33. Ell says:

I’ve always found him meh and as the years move along his look creeps me out a little. At the end of the day its about personal taste.

  34. bluhare says:

Brad is aging well. I think he looks great.

  35. AMY says:

    He is still f’ing beautiful!!!!

  36. sabine says:

    hot. period

  37. olivia says:

Yes because rapists all look a certain way, right Brad? It’s a wonder so many women fall victim to rape when they should be able to pick out the offenders from a mile away.

    • Rhea says:

I think he meant that mostly they prefer to cast his face for other kind of role at the casting. You do notice that at that time he had pretty boy face and they want him in a role that make woman swoon.

      • olivia says:

Charlize Theron was able to play a brutal murderer. Just another bad excuse to make up for the fact that he is a bad actor.

      • Rhea says:

What I am trying to say is that he got cast for the role that they think fit for his face and persona a lot more than a role that needs more than just appearances. Some people would love to play different role but only got the same kind of character example Aniston, Diaz, etc.

      • Rhea says:

Why do you think Brad loves the scruffy look instead the clean cut pretty boy? Because he would like to be consider more serious as an actor. He tried to avoid the stereotype casting that often comes either you realize it or not. As Charlize, you do know that they have to put fake nose or whatever to play that killer movie? Why? Because audience love that stereotype thing. Nobody want to see pretty girl as a killer. Also for the record, critics love his act in Tree of life and Moneyball. Bad actor you say? I’ve seen more worse…

    • Kimlee says:

My god get over yourself I swear you find every little thing to bitch about is your life that empty and full of hate.

    • Rhea says:

      😀

  38. lisa says:

Just watched the W video.. he is adorable. But the funny thing to me is the interviewer and her girly giggles.

Yep he does that to them all the time.

  39. Camille (The original) says:

I love the tone of his voice and his smile is killer, so sexy. No wonder no male newcomer has come close to being ‘the new Brad Pitt’. BP is gorgeous and I love the cover photo.

  40. taxi says:

Brad is great. Remember “Burn After Reading” with Frances MacDormand? Great parody. I do prefer him clean shaven.

  41. serena says:

    He’s really funny.
God I want him to win an Oscar so much!

  42. NM9005 says:

“Did you go out for the part of the rapist?
Probably not. With this face, I was probably up for the guy with the conscience. I called up afterward and asked, “How did I do?” There were three seconds of silence and then: “Have you ever thought about acting classes?”

Positive: He did learn how to act. He worked on his (non-existing? mediocre?) skills and became a great actor. That’s a lesson for people who always say “I can’t…”. This dude made it in a fickle and harsh world!

Negative: Dude, how is a rapist supposed to look like exactly? Sometimes I want to embrace him not only as an actor (very hard but I concur, having seen a lot of films with him in it, he’s great 🙂 ) but as a person too and then he says dumb cr* and I want to push him into his own pit of dumbfoolery.

Sidenote: He looks good but after reading Lainey’s post about the deletion (is that a word?) of the pictures of him at the spa, let’s say I don’t believe he’s really that cool about aging in the public eye.

    • Camille (The original) says:

I get what you are trying to say, but I think you are forgetting that casting agents have a say in who plays ‘the bad guy’ and what direction they want to go with it. I assume he meant that and not that bad guys can’t look like anyone- even the pretty boys. He is talking film/Hollywood here- *not* real life.

      JMO

      • Mari says:

I posted it up…. But repeating here.
Did you see the face of the actor finally selected for the good guY that comes forward in The accused, the one witha conscience? They chose him to have a nice face, typical American. I do not remember the movie well since it is a long time since I saw it, but I do remember one of the Rapists, one of the leaders of them did have a mean face and had darker hair, less all American face. I think hisname is Leo Rossi, but I’m not sure. Blame the casting directors.

    • NM9005 says:

Isn’t that the point of acting? Make believe? As if he’s the only actor ever with a pretty face (most of them are pretty!) to have played the villain. That’s what can make a character so interesting. Also the fact that he was rejected because he wasn’t skillfull enough says a lot too. Any person can own a part with the right skills.

What you guys are doing is called nuancing. Very good but it’s not your job, it’s his. He spoke from his own experience pointing at his aesthetic traits as the reason why he wouldn’t have had the job. So he thought about how they perceived him. It was his opinion in the end since you can never really know what they look for in an actor.

He played a psycho in Kalifornia. He should know better by now. Daniel Day Lewis (god, I’m so obsessed with him :D) played a maniac in GONY and he’s a gorgeous actor too. If he’s talking about Hollywood than this still applies, skills always top looks. Beauty fades and then you’re finished but skills can last you a long time, just ask Streep, Moore, Dafoe…

      • Sakyiwaa says:

NM, LAINEY was embellishing. CB and JJ still had brad’s spa pics up.

      • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

        @NM9005, well said. ITA.

      • Camille (The original) says:

Yep get where you are going- I was talking about the context of the film he was talking about *shrugs*. As you said he played a SK in another film so he obviously doesn’t think he couldn’t have played that part.

Sigh. Why do I bother lol.

        😉

  43. lucy2 says:

Have not found him attractive for a long time. His 2 best looks, IMO, were Legends of the Fall and Ocean’s 11.
Aside from that, he just sort of bugs me now.

  44. Mrs.Pitt says:

Brad is HOT, no matter long hair, short hair. a beautyful human can wear whatever he wants. Brad is just THE ONE!!!
Hottest guy ever! Nobody on this planet is so famous for his hottnes like Pitt, period!

  45. lisa says:

Here’s the video of an outtake of Moneyball.

Brad can’t stop laughing.. I love his laugh. This video had me giggling. His laugh in Fight Club and the Oceans movies.

    so damn cute..

    http://youtu.be/hPvNbk131M0

  46. Kimlee says:

I don’t think he sounds full of him self, he feels he a better actor now than in his younger days which is true and that he die really well. Nothing about that says o I’m so good that thier no characters I like to do over and I do every thing well.

    • Scout says:

I read that interview three times trying to see where he sounded full of himself and I don’t detect that at all either. I think he looks great – also have a weakness for longer hair on men if they have the right face for it. And I also think he is one talented actor – first really realized that when I saw him in Kalifornia.

  47. Josephina says:

Brad is 48 and still a sexy mutherfu**er. He is STILL the man everyone uses as a barometer for hotness and sexiness. He just has very good genes and good hair. His killer smile is LIKE NO OTHER.

His swagger alone deserves a category all by itself.

Brad is beautiful, inside and out.

    • Asli says:

I saw an episode of Oprah where there was a scientist on. She had made this scale where they measured the face features and the more symmetrical the more ”perfect” it was. Guess who scored highest (drum roll please) it was Brad! He scored a 9,3 – ten was the highest, which no one has ever scored before – interesting… Angelina was a 7,67 which is pretty high (most people score 4-6) and that is because her infamous full lips – ideally the width of a mouth should be twice the height of the lips.

YES! I saw that episode as well! It’s not his fault ladies, he’s just the perfect specimen. Talk about “Born This Way” 😀

      • MorticiansDoItDeader says:

@asli, we learned all about facial measurements in mortuary school (for purposes of restorative art), but we measure in “eyes.” Ideally a face should be 5 eyes wide, the base of the nose 1 eye wide, the lips two eyes wide. Comes in handy when you need to make a nose for a victim of trauma or disease (like craniofacial cancer). Anyway, it’s all about symmetry, so measure your own eye and use it as a guideline. The closer you are to the aforementioned measurements the more ideal (or beautiful) your face is thought to be.

      • Asli says:

I just tried this, Mort! Everything fits except my lips are only one (and a quarter?) eye wide and my nose is slighty larger than one eye… So, no Brad Pittness for me. What can ya do 😛

    • Sakyiwaa says:

      Love ur comment!

  48. Funnylilou says:

Too old for trying to pull the wild cool hearthrob thing!! he should try the charming ageing gentleman ( à la viggo mortensen) and he would look hot and interesting!

    • Mari says:

I see this photoshoot as a funny dig as how he was presented during his career. Many of his latest photoshoots are very different, and this has a nostalgia vibe, the golden boy… Grown up! I love it, specially the crackers pic. The tone of the interview is also fun.

    • aprayerforthewildatheart says:

I love Viggo! He paints, writes poetry, along with his acting, a true renaissance man. Viggo doesn’t play the Hollywood game and never will, thus he does far less press than Brad. It would get stale after a while if Brad repeated a certain look, besides I think this shoot was a playful jab at “Old Hollywood” style. These are two very different actors, I like them both just being themselves.

  49. Sab says:

Brad can bring it whenever, and however he pleases. And no other actor his age could suddenly pull off “HOT” like him. Distinguished, and looking good “for their age” maybe, but Brad still has it, he just doesn’t feel the need to flaunt it. To top it off he’s grown to be such a fine actor, he’s earned his place among the best. That’s not just a “celebrity” that’s a star IMO. HOTT!

    • Scout says:

We are in total agreement! 🙂

      • pwal says:

Absolutely agree that Brad should continue with his ‘Do you’ philosophy, especially since it will fly in the face of all of these anonymous… bunnies, who try to say that he’s not hot and yet spend too much time yammering about looks that made him hot, in their opinion.

Sometimes, I wish they will flip their switch and find someone that they actually do like, support his films, and just get the hell on with it.

And on another note, no, Brad isn’t ‘too old’ to have long hair. Charles Keating, aka Carl Hutchins from one of my favorite soaps, Another World, rocked long hair – longer hair than Brad, and I found him very sexy, long, white hair and all. Keating had the swagger (and the accent) to pull it off and Brad definitely has the swagger to do so, as well.

  50. original sandy says:

my loins, my loins, what a tease, lol brad is hot-sexy as ever!!! i like his short hair, but i love, love his long hair. i can jump him coming and going, i love his sense of humour in the interview, he was being sarcastic, not taking things too seriously. i love it, a side we barely see, he’s happy, in a good place.

  51. darkladi says:

he can still get this. Anytime, anywhere

  52. chloe w says:

this morning i went to the Rosslyn metro and thought I saw Pitt-stain sitting on the corner, beggin’ for change….i imagine that’s how he smells at the very least.

yuck this guys is sooo washed up

stop ur drinkin dude, maybe u can regain a bit of your looks

  53. Amanda says:

If he chopped a couple of inches of his hair off he’d look hot. Long hair at his age looks ridiculous.

  54. Sakyiwaa says:

    Cluck! Cluck! Cluck!
Haters gon hate. I can feel the heat coming onto the thread as their eyes turn green :-).

  55. Falula says:

Life as a House is pretty amazing. It’s the only time Hayden Christensen didn’t make me want to hurt myself. It was the first thing I saw him in and I thought he would do good things. Apparently I’m not a great judge of acting ability.

Anyway, that was what stuck out to me in this interview. See that movie people!

  56. skuddles says:

I think Brad improves with age. When he was young and fresh and pretty and perfect (ala Thelma & Louise) I wasn’t into him at all. But now there’s something about the laugh lines and forehead lines, the greying facial scruff, even the squint – and he’s kept up a good bod… This may be the hottest I’ve ever seen him look.

  57. ZenB!tch says:

Photoshop can do wonderful things. He has that “Legends of the Fall” thing going on.

In his defense unlike Sean Penn, et. al. Brad has always had long hair – not all the time but as long as we’ve known him he’s done it. He had long hair in his 20s , his 30s and his 40s. I don’t think he’s 50 yet.

  58. Dani says:

Hot. He is starting to look like his old self again.

  59. Ellie says:

Wow. He looks so hot in those pics, my knees felt like they were shaking and I’m sitting on my chair legs up cross-legged.

  60. PyrLover says:

Glad I was still wearing my over nite Depends. He is so hot I can’t stand it. He is funny and sarcastic and he can be as smarmy as he wants.I’ll still take him.

  61. Forever says:

Hot hot hot, did I mention hot. ( licks lips)

  62. Katie says:

Brad Pitt will always, always be hot.

  63. noirod says:

    yummy

  64. Memphis says:

Haven’t like the long haired homeless look lately but I in these pictures he is looking pretty good.. much better than he was.

  65. GT says:

He has a gorgeous voice and I’m not minding the long hair!

  66. sm255 says:

I’ll never understand the fascination with this man’s looks. He looks like a dirty old man to me.

And this is coming from a chick who still thinks Michael Douglas is the bee’s knees. Personal preference, I guess.

  67. dj says:

Suck it to all that thinks he looks dirty and old! This shows he still has the sexy! He is working the long hair. ‘Nuf said.

  68. meme says:

This man is all kinda yummy!

  69. lola lola says:

    zzzzz zzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz….. next!

  70. shocked&appalled says:

The man still has it. What can I say? He looks great.

  71. Dibba says:

The last one with him in doorway made me laugh out loud. He’s trying too hard, or someone is. What’s with the tuxedo and drink? Doesn’t even fit his personality. He should be wearing a dirty tshirt and holding a bong.

  72. Gina says:

Fix the few lines on the forehead then he’d be perfection again. Love him so much it hurts.
