This is just a funny little story about Brangelina and their post-Golden Globes night. Did you know that Angelina and Brad actually went out to some industry parties after the Globes? Isn’t that surprising? They usually never party after the show. According to Page Six, Angelina and Brad made their way to the CAA party, and while Angelina sat down and relaxed, “Brad Pitt ditched his cane and caught up with George Clooney, who was with gal pal Stacey Kiebler, and Leonardo DiCaprio and supermodel girlfriend Erin Heatherton.” Brad wants this as much as George Clooney, make no mistake. Brad was there to glad-hand and be seen. And I never though Leo and Brad were tight, so that’s interesting. Anyway, Us Weekly had a funny story about what happened when Brad and Angelina were walking into the CAA party:

Added Jolie: “My shoes are going to kill me!”
“It’s nice when everything comes together,” Pitt told E!’s Ryan Seacrest of their double nominations. “It’s a golden night for us!”
Indeed, Jolie naughtily told the Associated Press what she was most looking forward to that evening: “Getting into bed with Brad!”

Needing walking assistance myself..I can say honestly Miffits comment could be dead on! I have (in my earlier days before progression of my disease) ditched my cane or walker and prayed I wouldn’t loose my balance as I painfully made my way across a room…all in the name of vanity among my friends & peers. (I was only 36, so age ahh, was but wasn’t a factor), but at a party, you really do feel awkward w/ the cane or walker..so I can see him taking the pain & ditching the cane for a while. Bet Ang didn’t get what she wanted later though..not if he was walking in pain…

She has so few women friends (if any) maybe she should look in the mirror. I like her better than I like Aniston (as I have no tolerance for stupid) but I am always suspicious of women who don’t like other women, regardless of what they look like.
I wonder where this idea that Jolie has no female friends came from. For all I know, she’s close with Marianne Pearl, there were pictures of Jolie serving as a maid of honor at her assistant’s wedding.
Also, how many female friends does a woman (juggling six kids and a career that involves traveling) need to have for people not to be suspicious. If any anyone viewed the Access Holywood and Extra videos from the Golden Globes you will see these two are in sync and love each other. I loved the part when Brad says when seeing Angie in her dress” I bumped into a table with my bad knee” true story. The way she looked at him when he said that.
