She is a wonderful actress and makes really good interesting movies. But her personal life is such a mess. Married at 23 for the first time, a child and a divorce. A second marriage, a second child and a second divorce by the age of 35. Now she’s been dating several guys. That’s not a very good example for her kids.

She bugs me, tbh, but I think expecting her to be single from now till her kids are grown is a bit harsh. She got married to the guy most of us date in our early twenties and then get over, because she was rich and could afford to. Then her next husband, who she was with a long time, left her for another woman. I think if he’s free to date that other woman, she should be free to see people too. Acrimony between their parents harms kids, not their parents dating, as long as those they date are respectful of the kids’ relationship with the parent.

I don’t think her life is a mess.. I think she is very passionate, believes in the power of love and always chooses it.
Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t. Just because a couple isn’t together forever doesn’t mean it a failure. I have seen many marriage where people are married for 30/40 years and are miserable — does that mean they were a success? I think not. I think they were too proud to end it, or couldn’t due to money.
I always choose love.. go for it, always.

She’s had a really quick ride from a cool actress in quality movies who seems like a real human being, to somebody with a jacked up face who spends their time lying about it and actually allows their kids to be subjected to the kind of guy who thinks that changing his name to RockNRoll is somehow clever. Looking back a couple of years, I wouldn’t have guessed that this was where she was headed.

Dude, so can you please tell me what is the appropriate way a woman should be pregnant that doesn’t get her mocked on this site? Jessica is too big, Beyonce wasn’t big enough. I think everyone carries VERY differently, it is damaging to push a pregnant “ideal”. It is the one time you should not have to worry about body image for pete’s sake.

I see what you mean. The pregnant ladies featured on this site tend to catch a lot of flack. Some of it I can understand, i.e. the Beyonce situation, but it does get old.
In this case, I don’t think Kaiser is saying there is something wrong with the way Jessica is carrying, I think she’s saying that Jessica looks like she is about to pop, but still has a few more months to go. It’s surprising, that’s all.

Kate is a fantastic actress…my favorite. Especially since Little Children and The Reader. I am quite sure her children are fine. Her last hubby was cheating on her..Sam Mendez wanted out of the marriage. Kate provides well for her children, and deserves to have love too. Madonna does whatever she wants, but is still a good mum. Considering we are in a recession, and there are so many homeless families with children, having rich divorced parents seems like a non-issue. A loveless, disrespectful marriage is more damaging for children than divorce.

I love her as an actress…I don’t think her life is a mess, but everything she does becomes bigger than life because she’s a star, and a great one at that. Who knows why people split up. It’s better that they do not stay together if they’re not happy with each other. Anyway, I have faith that she’s a great mother, and if she is dating a few different men, it’s totally okay with me. That doesn’t detract from her maturity or sensibility, her mom-hood or her fantastic skills as a top notch brilliant actress.
