Kendra Wilkinson engaged to Philadelphia Eagles’ Hank Baskett

Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson sure moved on quickly after dumping Hugh Hefner. Or getting dumped by him – who really knows? Wilkinson has been rumored for a long time to be dating the Philadelphia Eagles’ Hank Baskett – and clearly the rumors are true, because the couple just got engaged. Baskett proposed to Wilkinson in front of both their families, which is very sweet. Unfortunately Kendra also over shared about her strategies for keeping in touch in a long distance relationship recently, which wasn’t quite so sweet.

Hugh Hefner’s youngest ex may be gearing up for an aisle walk. Outspoken “Girls Next Door” star Kendra Wilkinson is engaged to hunky Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett, E! reports.

Baskett, 26, proposed to Hef’s recently-departed love atop Seattle’s Space Needle last weekend in front of both of their families, a source says.

Wilkinson, 23, only recently admitted that the two were an item, just after confirming that she and Hefner, 82, had split. “He’s a fine piece of a–,” Wilkinson told Chelsea Handler last month about her new beau. “He’s hot.”

The couple live on separate coasts, but keep in, uh, touch via online video connector Skype. According to Wilkinson, it’s “way better than phone sex.” Ahem.

Wilkinson, who dated Hefner for four years, is currently moving out of the Playboy Mansion. “I want Hef to be happy,” she has said. “That’s all I care about.”

[From the Daily News]

The general rumor was that Kendra didn’t have to sleep with Hef, but many believed that was because she was actually a lesbian. I guess we can throw that gossip out the window. Kendra didn’t really fit in with Bridget and Holly and was the most widely rumored girlfriend to be departing from Hef’s life. I bet that had just as much – if not more – to do with her relationship with Hank than anything at the mansion. That’s the kind of gig that works for a while, but you don’t want to stay too long. It sounds like Kendra probably got out at a good time and has other plans. Something tells me they involve a lot of Olive Garden.

Here’s Kendra out partying in L.A. on October 21st. Images thanks to Fame.

  1. It’s so funny how the three exes of Hefner suddenly wear pants and Chucks the whole time and put on a lot less make-up.

  3. She’s just kinda weird and that laugh. How sad she’s only famous for handjobbing Hefner.
